My customer service experience with Julie the service advisor was amazing. The facility is very neat and clean with a nice waiting area with free WiFi and clean restrooms. Everything was great and dandy including my free car wash until I checked the engine bay. This is a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan That I took in for its first 10K oil change, there was oil residue throughout the oil change service area and a puddle of oil right below the oil filter. Given it’s a Semi new vehicle with only 10,000 miles with NO visible oil residue in the engine you would figure the service technicians will take the time to clean up the mess they did. Some of the oil residue stains could have easily been wiped with a rag but were ignored. Green VW please train your technicians to be as clean as your showroom staff when it comes to their duties.
