I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The lady at the counter asked me if I also wanted my tires balanced. I said sure. There was only 2 people in front of me. Their cars were already in the shop. It took 2 and half hours for my car to be done.when it was done they guy took another 30 minutes trying to reset my oil percentage gauge. I told him I knew how and could do it later. He then asked me why I did want my tires rotated. I told him I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and she got me to pay for the balance.. we looked at my receipt. She never put on there that I wanted the roation. Really? Thats what I went in there for. He told me he could do it, I didnt have time we had already been there for 3 hours at this point. I needed to leave. Not very happy about it.

Great staff, fast work, and reliable repairs. Unfortunately, they are not up front about their protection plans. I was offered and declined the plan several times all the way to checkout and still had it added to my purchase.

Prices were great and staff was helpful. The service was very slow (only two vehicles, including mine). It took well over an hour to complete a simple oil change, tire balance and tire rotation.

Well first, I will say this. The lady welcomed me and greeted me so kindly and so it started off on a great note as I pulled up to Walmart to get my oil changed one Saturday morning. I was on my way to Harrisonville Mo to visit my children and my gbaby it was right at opening time so I got right in. My only issue was that I had went and done some shopping and by the time I was ready to go pay for my oil change, they could not ring up the handful of items I had shopped for while waiting because they didnt have a teal back there in automotive so I had to walk clear up to the front and then back just to pay for my stuff. That wasnt the worsed of it though, they couldnt find the sheet of paper to ring me up and there were 3 older men that came up to look for it, and also their printer wouldnt work omg I waited patiently for about 25 min before they had me gather up my things and walk to the other side of the store to check out. It was just rather annoying. The employees there were nice, however non apologetic about the fact that I was kind of in a hurry and they were making me wait on behalf of their mistake. This visit required patients, itvwas an annoying visit but I will give them a 2ed chance.

I was skeptical about taking my car here for an oil change; but they did a good job -- in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment; where other places nearby didnt even get my car into a bay within an hour-- even though I had an appointment. Great job!

The crew at this particular store is very good at getting you processed, serviced, and on your way in a timely fashion. You still have to wait for your turn but they seem to give every customer the same amount of care and attention. I had a great experience with them having oil changes on two of my vehicles today.

Not bad place to get vehicle maintenance done. Priced very competitive and usually cheaper than most. Oil changes for as low as 20 dollars. Very clean and professional

I took my car in for an oil change and a couple tires. They did an excellent job and Im happy with it and all, I just have one small issue. My car needs a key to unlock the trunk, like a lot of certain models do. Literally right next to the back license plate. A couple of hours after dropping off my car, I get a phone call from them. Im thinking its gonna be a question about the tires or the engine. The guy on the phone asks me, Maam, how do you open your trunk?...... Seriously. I was speechless. Now Im not saying Walmart doesnt have great mechanics, Im just saying the common sense is lacking quite a bit.

Waited over 5 hours for my car to be serviced. Would recommend scheduling ahead of time or just going somewhere else- unless you want to spend your entire day here.

I bought battery didnt know my starter was gone but ended up needing anyway.Had to leave my car parked almost a week. I was calling everyday l know l was a pest l was so afraid my car would be stolen or vandalized( by the way neither happened) but not one employee was rude or unkind.Thanks to all in Automotive for your kindness and patience.

This is an awful auto care center. On multiple occasions, they have been out of the oil I need. It is so difficult to get Castrol oil here, even though it is one of the top brands on the market. Service is slow and sometimes incompetent. The cashier once wanted me to pay $10 extra for a different weight of oil. I had to explain that both weights were priced identically on the shelf! The only good thing about this place are the prices, but of course its Walmart.

We had to wait quite a while despite getting there when the opened. Never had any other problem than that.

Called in before hand, living 25 miles out to make sure they had the tires I needed and time to get me in. I then asked if I could make an appointment and was told that there was no need to just come on in. After explaining that I was 45 min away and would prefer an appointment they still said just to come on in. Lord behold I drive in, and after ringing me up they tell me looks like a 2 hour wait. Never again will I do business here. The employees were very rude and acted like I was an idiot for being upset about the wait time and wanted me to set an appointment for the following day. What a waist of time!

Having to make spare time to take my vehicle back to Walmart to correct the oil dripping from last oil change corrected is a pain, especially when their website says 8pm and that’s not even correct according to Walmart associate. Walmart auto department service centers need an overhaul. How do you beat a 19$ oil change? Make sure your mechanics don’t do it correctly the first time and turn away customer when they have an issue from the last service time.

They have good prices and they do a great job on oil change.

3 hours on an oil change today.. I will never go back on a Tuesday again!!! 2 hour wait time. With only 3 cars ahead of mine!!! Do the math !!!

It says it is open 24 hours, but that is talking about the store itself not the tire center... Which is what I looked up and what this site is for. and when you click on the website link it automatically takes you to the app. Which does not tell me anything about the tire center or the store that I am looking up

Called Wal Mart auto dept. for a quote on tires. They said they had them in stock and quoted me a price. When I got there they said they didnt have them but could order them at a price double the amount I was quoted. Very unorganized and unprofessional!

The guys doing my tires did great but they had a lull over the bay doors painting the walls with a spray gun Im sure you will have lots of paint jobs ruined on cars havent checked mine yet will tomorrow stay tuned.

On Sunday when everyone else is closed, the associates at the tire lube express got me in and out quickly and also replaced a tire sensor! Thanks!

Fixed the wrong tire. Went home and woke up to a flat tire the next morning. Went back to right the wrong and they told me the tire was unfixable and tried to sell me a new one. I took it to Joes tire shop and they fixed it right away. Beware.

Poor service took way longer about two hours to get oil change. And didnt vac the carpet like they were suppose to!

Put the wrong oil in my Camaro (caused engine issues). Also they forgot to put oil in my buddies truck after they drained it .... Luckly it was caught

Awful. Service staff will completely ignore you. Including the manager. And there is a 95% chance they will not check your tire pressure with your oil change. I dont expect much from walmart. But atleast give me the bare minimum.

Waited 45 minutes after my car was done and waited in the waiting room and never heard that my car was done until I went up to them.

Near have in inspection person on duty. So u can get your car tags. Need more then 1 person to do inspection at this store. It says on info that there shop is opened from 12am to 11:59pm. Thats a false statement right there.

The employees had a bad attitude. I asked where luggage tag was they said I think its over on that side of the store but you cant return anything which had nothing to do with what I asked
