Appalling mechanic work, and extremely slow.Ended up getting charged over half a grand to fix my Jeep which only was towed in having a problem starting.... after paying them in full, my vehicle broke down again completely two days after driving it off the service lot.Brought it back in and waited 3 more weeks without a vehicle while it sat in their shop..... they finally told me my engine was destroyed and needed to be fully replaced- for another $4500!So I paid $600 basically for nothing, NOTHING.... and will have to tow it back home. That is if they didnt wreck my engine.No loaner car, stranded a month with no transportation..... calls/messages ignored by managers, and when they do talk to you its nothing but lies. Worst mistake taking my Jeep there for service, ever!

My wife Amanda and I have been in and out of the shop over the last few months and each time we would come into the shop we would received excellent service by Bella! She would get us in and out and had an excellent rapport about herself. Hopefully our cars don’t have anymore trouble but if they do I know I could count on her to point us in the right direction!

My friend Chip posted a picture of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition on facebook and I fell in love with it. I have to say from beginning to end it was a great experience. When I first went to the lot to look at vehicles, no one followed me around or bothered me. I was asked occasionally if I needed help and when I said no that I was just looking that was the end of it. Then when we were ready to test drive, it was very easy. No pressure or aggressive upselling. Troy was great to work with!

DO NOT COME HERE! had an APPOINTMENT and was still made to wait over an HOUR AND A HALF because they are overbooked. incredibly unprofessional for a business to be overbooked let alone not let their customers know especially if they have to wait over an hour for their APPOINTMENT. couldnt even get my car seen even though i scheduled my appointment TWO WEEKS in advance. front desk staff said theres nothing i can do when i said how long i waited for nothing. i recommend driving an extra 5 minutes to go to CheckPoint in Chatham. theyre fast and have very polite staff. dont waste your time here like i did.

Thinkn Rocky Ridge Jeep? Forget it!! Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Rocky Ridge edition from Landmark and needed a couple warranty issues resolved. Landmarks garage supervisor advised the person who handles Rocky Ridge is out of the office. After multiple visits... told Rocky Ridge is slow to respond. I never received an update from Landmark unless I stopped by the garage and this has been going on for a year. I dumped the Jeep and purchased a new vehicle elsewhere. I am very sorry I felt the need to leave this review, but wanted to give others a heads up regarding the Rocky Ridge edition.

We had a very poor experience at Landmark in the past week.1. Van towed to dealer last week as it would not start2. We called many days in a row nobody answers the phone3. When we do get an answer they say they have not even looked at it after they had it for 3+ days4. They finally called and said it was done just battery change...that took 4 days?5. Went to pick it up and wife went into service entrance. She came out quickly by herself with keys as they told her it was somewhere in west lot6. She told me nobody inside was wearing masks!In summary - poor communication, poor service, poor safety.

It is really hard to believe it has been almost one year since I bought my first Fiat Abarth Spider with the help of Adam Koehler. I immediately bought a grey with saddlebag interior 124 Spider Lusso sight unseen - enjoyed it for 2-years and traded up for a 2018 Lusso Blue Mar (fantastic midnight blue color). Fun little car.On a whim... while a bit bored over the Christmas Holidays, I sent a half hearted inquiry - maybe it is time to upgrade my Spider again or maybe not. I am pretty happy with my sports car. I left an online message to Landmark asking about the Urbana style Spider in the same Blue Mar color. I received a prompt email and several calls back from Adam Koehler - sales rep.I was slow to reply as I was out of town for some of the time - I live in Missouri. I did reach back to Adam and let him know that I was fairly content, but if convinced might up grade. Adam worked to know me... my likes... and dislikes. That Blue Urbana had sold... I figured I was done. However, Adam worked with his supervisor to discuss my trade in; getting a great interest rate on a loan; and inquiring about something I hadnt tried before the top model Abarth Spider. I thought it was a bit too much sports car for me. I listened... got intrigued and found out I was really missing out on the best Spider yet.In less than a week, I have my Brand New 124 Spider Abarth - more power, sweet color and even more accents on the top model. I bought the Abarth yesterday... easy transfer of my current car; purchase paper work and out in my new car in less than 2 hours. Fantastic sports car in every way. No surprises in working with the whole Landmark team in Springfield, Illinois. Back home in Missouri everyone loves it.This morning, drove my hot sports car to work... no buyers remorse here... quite the opposite... Ive been playing phone tag for a week nore so me calling and being put on hold for outrageous amounts of time for no one to pickup, return messages or even return them back to the other dealership

DO NOT GO HERE. I just got a van here for my family less than 2 months ago (if that) and I had to take it to Floyds and they told me it needs an entirely new transmission that will cost me 3000 or more. Thanks Evan Lahey and Landmark for setting me and 2 kids up in a car they knew would not last me. Im now out of a car because of Landmark and Evan Lahey. They refuse to help either since there was no warranty which is understandable but that just shows this place is the definition of shady and they are. Not for women or inexperienced car buyers, they will not be in your best interest and they will gouge you for commission. Do not do business here because if things go south with your car they do not go above and beyond for the sake of thier business name. They do NOT care.Also after I posted this I got added by thier employee Alexia Marshall and was harassed through Facebook. Extremely unprofessional. Wow..

I would give a 5, but I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler that had UConnect on December 22nd. Before signing we were being instructed on how to use and get UConnect. When we were finished signing we were supposed to learn how to sign up and use this function. We were told that we could do it through the app, and since our paperwork just went through it may take a minute for it to show up. The next day I contacted them and said it didnt work, I got half answers and was told I would receive a call the next day, the 24th before noon. I never recieved the call and now over a week later have heard nothing from them and still have nothing on my app. This was my second vehicle from a Landmark dealership and Im surprised that I havent gotten a little more customer service over something that they should know how to set up, instead of the standard answer of were all still learning this new system. The group was extremely nice and accommodating for the presigning stuff, but post signing Im very disappointed.

Raised the price by $2000 from the listing. We were desperate and only found the listing after we signed for the van. They lied and told us they knocked $1000 off but in reality they raised it by $1000. Evan was supposed to be our friend but he ripped us off. Sleezy car salemen at their worst. Go to Green or anywhere else. Trust me.

About a year ago, my car was damaged on the lot at Landmark. Landmark staffed lied about the accident and attempted to force me to pay for damage that they caused, but ended up fixing it. Recently, I took my car in and found damage that they had simply covered up instead of repairing. After multiple calls and messages, I have not heard back from anyone at Landmark. This is hugely disappointing and simply an unacceptable way to treat customers.

The Jeep service team at Landmark is amazing! They went above and beyond to help us when our Jeep almost lost a tire on the interstate while passing thru Springfield on May 27. We had one lug nut holding the tire on. They actually jumped in a car and came to us along the road side. Cody managed to secure the tire well enough to slowly drive it to the dealership so it could be lifted and examined. Meanwhile, the service manager stayed by the side of the road with our travel trailer awaiting their tow truck! They fixed the wheel, checked all the other lug nuts/tires and even corrected a brake caliper that had been installed improperly by a dealer in Austin, TX. We were on the road again shortly, after they hooked our camper back up to our Jeep. I can’t say enough about how kind, considerate and thorough both Cody and the service manager were. Customer service (and for a non customer) like I’ve never seen. These gentlemen are to be commended!
