Poor customer service, Poor communication. For a certified Retrax installer, it was a sad installation. Multiple issues including: bunched up weather stripping, shavings from the holes drilled left in bed of truck, drain tubes not connected, wrenches not given to me that came with the top. I asked for a low profile bug shield like they had put on my other truck. I had asked if they should put it on before or after I got ceramic coating done. They said before. The one I got was the stick on kind. Not what I asked for. The people that did my ceramic coating had to remove it so it was wasted money. Poor communication about level of front window tint. Seems like a bunch of testosterone in the shop and they dont want or care to do a good job. Youve lost me as a customer.

Went in for a toneau cover and couldnt believe they had several samples set up to try and get a feel for how they work. Even got one installed just a few days after purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help as well. Great place.

First met Brandon in 2004 he really worked my brand new pickup over with a lot of stuff that I wanted and I went back to him here about a month ago you fix some running boards for me and we talked about some plans to do a couple other things so he must be a good businessman hes been there a long time and fact he did to work on my truck so its not like hes just out at the counter and letting everybody else do the work he does the work too

I took my new, bare Dodge Ram to Brandon at Pickups Plus and asked to have it fixed up. He made excellent suggestions for the steps, bed cover, floor liners and a carpeted bed liner which I love! When the parts came in, they took my truck and in a matter of a few hours had it transformed into the beauty I now proudly drive! And, Ive been back for other additions since then. Great prices, excellent installation and outstanding customer service!

When we came here it started alright. Then we were only supposed to get tinted windows and a rain guards. 1hr 30mins later someone tells us that they put something extra on without asking us and we wanted it off. So they took it off. So we finally left almost 2hrs and 30mins later. Also someone was kind of rude.

What a great experience. Good people, straight talk, fast service. I highly recommend them for all your truck bling and necessities.

Got a price on some work to be done. Once the job was done the price increased alot. Brandon said because i didnt talk to him directly it was that way. I understand the job was harder. But this was a quote. Be cautious.
