I want to thank Nikki and the entire team at Balise Chevy! You have no idea how much weight you lifted off my shoulders today with this process! Looking for a truck hasn’t been easy and finding the time for it is even harder because I have similar hours and I work an hour away in the Berkshires from any dealership! So to be able to have the truck detailed, gassed, pre-registered, insured, and have the paperwork ready to go before I came in just meant everything to me! I worked for Bertera for many years, nobody would ever go that far for a customer! Then to go the extra mile, walking out to the truck Nikki didn’t like the way it looked after being detailed, she spoke right up before I said anything and told me that she was bringing it back to recon so it could be done the right way. The respect and appreciation she had right there blew me away, I was legitimately speechless! Any other sales person would have just left it the way it was and moved on to the next person. When my truck came back it was absolute gorgeous! I’m so proud of my new truck and they made it happen just in time for my last camping trip of the season tomorrow! I Already towed the camper to my girlfriends mothers house. It feels like nothing is behind the truck! Thank guys! I’ll be back for many more trucks in the near future! And I definitely Won’t let my girlfriend buy another Mazda down the street now!

I dealt with absolutely amazing people. Mike, the customer acquisition person, was the most responsive person I’ve dealt with anywhere for anything. Nikki was fabulous. She was quick, responsive, helpful, kind, and good. Syed, although this process was tough for him, was dedicated, honest, and nice. And the inane person (Gary?) was fun and quick. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

When I drove onto the lot and walked a bit of the line up I was greeted by Joe Foley. Joe was cordial, polite, and most of all easy going. I stated that I was just looking but I was in the market. I also stated that I just wanted a fair deal and wasnt looking to be taken advantage of during this process. Joe was very personable and we got along instantly. I agreed to take a test drive and said that if the numbers made sense then we might be able to strike a deal. When I arrived back from my test drive, without me asking, Joe and the Balise team had ran the numbers and taking my military service into consideration, had an out the door price all put together for me. I had been to many dealerships over the last couple weeks and had to fight tooth and nail to get an out the door price, especially one that wasnt written in pencil. Not only did Joe and the rest of the team at Balise GMC Buick go the extra mile without me having to ask but they made the process smooth and seamless. I can honestly say this is how every car buyer should feel. Could I have gotten a better deal somewhere else? Possibly, but I dont believe I wouldve gotten the same experience that I received from the team at Balise.

I am having a trailer hitch installed on my new vehicle and he is in constant contact with me as we await the service department to order the part. There were a few items left in the old car that he promptly helped to retrieve. He has gone above and beyond!

Came in for a oil change, and requested that the techs would look at condensation in my passenger side tail light. The work to fix the tail light was not done on that day, but they took it apart to find the issue. I was quoted $290 not including labor for the repair. When I left the dealership, I was getting a Right turn signal failure message on my dashboard. I pulled to the side to find that my brake light and blinker were no longer working. I immediately returned to the dealership, and had them take it back into the shop. The shop foreman said that the bulb burnt out as a result of the condensation, and I was then charged $50 for a bulb replacement. When I came in for the oil change earlier that day, I had no issues with the bulb and there was nothing indicating that there was an issue. I addressed this to the Foreman and Service Advisor they advised me that the bulb was going to burn out at anytime anyways. Since then, I have discovered that the moisture is on the outer part of the light and not on the inside where the bulbs themselves are situated. I am not sure what happened when they took it apart, but it was not the condensation that broke the bulb. I usually come to this dealership because you are very reliable, nice, and honest, however, the overall experience and how I was treated during this visit was disappointing. And lastly, when I came home and told my dad about my experience, he immediately emailed the service manager, who still has not responded and addressed this issue. Rest assured I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I initially did not have a good experience for my oil change this week but then when I came back the following day the tech fixed the issues with my tire valve and Fran was helpful considering my frustration. Hopefully your able to get staffing to speed up service time so oil changes aren’t booked our months in advance or take over an hour to complete.

Id give 0 stars if I could. I felt very taken care of at the origination of this issue... 3 year warranty on a engine replacement... followed by actual issues with the remanned engine. 3 years later the original issue has never been fixed. Warranty over. Took the truck in on a Monday... picked it up Thursday.. no one looked at it for more than 5 minutes. Was planning on buying a new suv but I will not be back to this dealership.

Considering all of the issues going on right now with availability of parts and employees they really did a great job. Had made an appointment to diagnose the hot AC for a specific time and had to leave the vehicle until the following day! Had to find a ride home and return to P/U vehicle.Found the labor and parts to be almost double the estimated price elsewhere and bought the parts myself and had a certified mechanic take care of the issue without the outrageous cost estimated.Didnt feel treated as family that I would of expected from such a popular dealership.Sorry but honest,Carl

In support of American made we purchase our first new truck at Balise in 2007. 10 year later we bought another truck there with the same mentality support American madeWe got a 2017 Sierra we paid for all the extras including extended guarantee. We had some recalls they fix them nothing special. But after one of the repairs a small leak started.I visit them multiple times and every time they say it was doneThe leak continues I had this conversation with Dave at the front desk left my truck days later he call saying it’s done .Because they said that before and didn’t fix it I when outside and checked under the truck and oil was still dripping in front of the truck by the radiator. I when back inside and talked to Dave. He was upset and trying to blame the mechanics and I told him that he said that he personally checked.Then he told me if I want to leave it again. Two weeks later call saying it was done. I ask him if he is sure and if he checked the fluids. He said yes everything is good nowI when there Dave wasn’t there. The rest of they guys they don’t know anything about it and to take the truck and if I have a problem to make another appointment.Of course they didn’t do anything to fix the leak. It’s sad that they don’t even serve the truck they sell. Looks like they just trying to get the easy money and hopefully my guarantee expire.I suggest no to buy anything from this place. I definitely will never go back to them. My truck is a 2017 Sierra with only 40k milesI have never write anything about any business because I understand we all have bad days. But this guys really got me upset because they don’t care about my safety they know they transmisión is leaking and it’s unsafe to drive a truck with they transmisión skipping when is low of oilI have to keep adding oil oftenNow I’m trying to schedule an appointment with other dealer hopefully I’ll have better luck.

David in the service center turned what started out to be a upsetting experience into an awesome experience. I cant thank him enough what he did as he saved a good real estate deal for me. When I called to make the appointment to have new tires put on I was very emphatic I did not have a ride and would have to wait there for my car to be finished. I thought it would take a few hours to change 4 tires and I would be able to make my very important 2:30 real estate appointment since I brought in the car for 10:30. Well they had me down for all day, clearly I was upset and said I would reschedule if they couldnt be finished by 2. They couldnt promise me that so David gave me a car to use for the day. I cant thank him enough!!! I could of bought my tires from my mechanic as I always did as he is a neighbor and always gives me a discount and a car to drive. I thought since I bought my car from Balise I would like to build my relationship with them. As Ive stated thank God David saved my day. I look forward to a lasting and good relationship with Balise. I understand when I made my appointment she was probably very busy and just made a mistake. Its how mistakes are taken care of thats important and for sure David stepped up to end up making it a good experience!!!!

My first time here, and Not a good experience with this dealership service department. I spend over 800 dollars service and they scratch my tires and one of my rims, mind you I have chrome denali rims, and the service manager Brian couldnt care lest about the damage to my tire and rims. And still waiting for a resolution from this dealership. I hope they do the right thing.

We bought a car from them in January and had told them there were a few issues wrong with it. They made an appointment to fix the issues .We told them there was rattling in the window passenger side,the rug was coming up (ripping) and there was a small dent in the drivers side above the wheel causing the wheel well to pop out. We brought it back with the same issues yesterday 5/11 they kept it overnight and did nothing to it claiming it was out of warranty had they fixed it right the first time it still would be in warranty. They want us to pay $369 for something that should have been fixed when we brought in back originally. They are also claiming the dent was caused by an accident that my husband had gotten into. I specifically heard him tell them it was caused by the previous owner. They are saying that because a car is used it is sold (as is ) doesnt mean it should look like that. I dont even know if that was the same car we test drove there was another Malibu there they could have switched it after . When we test drive it I did not notice the rattling in the window,the carpet or the dent. I would have said something if I did. They definitely do not stand by what they sell. 15,000 new or used a car should still be presentable. The BBB will be notified as to how they treat there customers

Counter guy was great. It took a long time, over and hour for a simple oil change. Customer computers were not usable like in the past. Not happy about that. Planned on doing research while waiting. However waiting room was comfortable, clean, and nice. And large enough to maintain reasonable distance from others. Girl who checked on my order and updates was very nice.

Made an appointment a day before to look at a car. Called before taking the 2 and a half hour drive down there to let them know we were on our way. When I called they told me they sold the car I made an appointment to look at 15 minutes after we made the appointment. Said they left a voicemail stating that but I found no such voicemail. You shouldn’t sell a car someone made an appointment to specifically look at would not recommend going to this dealer. Would give 0 stars if possible

Not happy. I went to scheduled appointment there for recall. They said part not in they had to order it. No courtesy call stating need to reschedule due to no part. Went to second appointment said 4 to 5 hr job.OK. No loaner vehicle which is needed to get to work. They just provided lyft service for ride home. Called next day for vehicle said too busy still Not serviced. 3rd day I went in person vehicle still untouched. I asked why. They said service manager gave his 2 week notice. Majority of mechanics were out due to covid concerns. Only had about 8 mechanics who were over welm working Finally on 4th day $45.00 days later due to taxi. I called said picking up vehicle. Went there they couldnt find the keys. Then was giving wrong keys. Then said they just put vehicle on lift to come back afternoon. Finally they called said vehicle was serviced. Not happy experience.

Came in for and inspection sticker took them 45 minutes to put air in one tire, and let my truck sit in bay while guys sat around doing nothing, then to pull the truck out without inspecting it. Once they bought it in to inspect it they decided to have a meeting in the bay and delayed my inspection even more. Horrible service, will never come back.

I was in contact with the internet sales team for about a week telling them which vehicles I was interested in. When I got to the dealership the vehicles were parked right outside the sales building for me to look at. My salesperson was Wilfred Guzman Jr. He answered all of my questions and sat with me in my new truck explaining all of the new technologies that came with it. I came in to have a remote starter Key Fob for my new car and when we went outside with the service guy to see how it works we noticed that the driver side back quarter panel was popped out and it stood out like a sore thumb. We did not drop our car off like that. Our car was backed up to a cement wall parked. Obviously one of there workers backed our car up just enough to bump into the wall and put enough pressure to pop out the back quarter panel. Then the Manager came out because we were not happy about it and refused to admit it could of been there fault. I know my car and it was not like that when we dropped off our car. We only had our new car for a few days and we would of noticed. This is the 3rd time over the years we have had bad service thru Balise and will not be back. We came to get a remote start Key Fob and now we have to take our new car to a body shop. We are very unhappy with Balise and we will make sure we go somewhere else for our service were they appreciate us as a customer. Thanks for your service but NO THANKS!!!

Diesel mechanics really great worked on my truck but I am missing back rear hub cab on my gmc truck aftermarket rims and noticed when I got home but asked if they can search but they said it wasn’t there. I was told they would call me if they found it. I spend over $3,000 dollars didn’t think it was fair that I have to replace the hub cap.

I went in for a message on my dashboard the end service trailer brake system soon I got my inspection done but I still have the message on my dashboard and they tell me I need a new battery and thats the reason I have that message on my dashboard its been draining my battery they tell me it has nothing to do with that message but my battery has been training every since the trailer message showed up on my Dash I would appreciate it if they tried putting in a new battery to see if that would delete the message or not but right now its still on there I still have the battery situation and Im not satisfied with their response and that there was only one person who could answer the question to the message on my dashboard so Im going to try my another battery and replacing it to see if that deletes the situation with the message on the dashboard which if that what is the problem it could have been solved by then just replacing the battery and telling me the cost I do have a warranty on my vehicle and I feel that I was giving lack of service

I have been going here for years. I am never disappointed. Fran Caruso is an excellent customer service rep and always directs me to what I need for my truck. Had a bunch of front end work done, Fran was great at getting what I needed, getting it handled with my warranty policy and getting the truck back to me as quick as possible. I also had him sell me four brand new Bridgestone tires and he got me a 100 dollar rebate. Score! I recommend all of my friends to Fran.

I brought my truck for an air bag recall. Vehicle dropped off, and received a call from an advisor to let me know of defects with a truck, prior to work starting.I thought replacing the air bag would also have the technicians to resolve the issue, or at very least diagnose the issue.I received the truck back, with warning light on to service the air bag. Person checking me out could not tell me what was done to the vehicle or explain why the warning light was still on.I had to call the advisor three times next day to get an idea of what was done to the truck and all information I received was recall was taken care of and I had to pay for any further work to be done (even diagnosing) .Advisor was very nonchalant about all this, and stated it is not a big deal.Advisor never called and offered to resolve the issue with the truck while it was in Balises possession. I would of thought safety item, would be something that Balise team would have a vested interest in resolving.I did not feel dealership cared about the customer (not even an offer to resolve the issue).

This place is a scam! They will create problems and blame it on you! Messed up electrical system while changing a problematic ac unit, ended up blaming on us with no diagnostic record! Brian there is such a scammer, he will lie to your face! Brian in the service dept. manager! They also tell you rental car will be ready but none available sorry! Worst service ever! Im not sure if the mechanics use gloves or not but its a suggestion especially when you have to be inside the car or have to use the steering wheel to move the car. Excellent service. I brought my car in to figure out what was a sound I was hear and they did not diagnose the problem, they check something else and recommended that they check the actual sound I brought the car in for. When complained they offered to have me comeback but I have lost all trust in Balise Chevy. This is how they treat their customers! It’s terrible. So I am left with $130 bill and no idea what is wrong with my car!

Three times I brought my car in to be checked out because of an ongoing issue with the check engine light in the ESC service being displayed in the car with shaking. My car was never even looked at those three times I believe after having my car sitting there all day long I was told to bring it backWhen the problem was happening then I was told to leave it overnight to see if there would be a chance that they could catch the problem by having an early start. That never happened a lot of wasted time and energy and time out of work.

I brought someone there to pick up their car. We walked into the dealership and stood there. There were 2 men behind the counter engrossed in their computer work. Seems like we waited forever before we were acknowledged. And then again before the clerk who we needed to speak w arrived. Not a good 1st impression

I had to return several times because I was given incomplete information. First visit - they forgot to do IM test, but kept my vehicle all day, the service advisor that made the apt did not list the requirement even though i called back to make sure it was listed. 2 visit- did not tell me what they needed to complete it. 3- mechanic cut out early and I was turned away. Told to come back they could do it anyway between 8-5. 4- came back the next day (Saturday) they were closed with green tape over Saturday hours that says CLOSED. so I went to jiffy lube. They were happy to help me and there was no wait.

My experience at Balise GMC was great! Joe Foley was very patient with me. I kept changing my mind on what vehicle I wanted, color, options - I could not make up my mind, but Joe was as patient as one could be! Well, my appointment was for 1:30 PM, I btought it in around 10:15AM fillled out the paper work got my ride home from my daughter in law. At 1:50 PM I got the call that my car was ready. Very good got a better car then what central Chevrolet was trying to put me in they wanted me in a Chevy spark n nothing else they called several times telling me that was the only car the bank would finance n its the same bank im going thru with balise Chevy balise Chevy is still number 1 in my book.
