Took in and told them I believe it was an alternator. They checked and said they found wiring chewed and bad. Okay no problem $274 paid. Car battery light came back on while in parking lot. I said alternator probably acting up still like I mentioned (This was after I drove up on a day off 50 min one way). New alternator replaced and time another $439. They would not give me a break at all on the bill. I could have done this for under $200 myself but didnt feel safe driving home on just the battery. Will not use these guys again.

Have two vehicles, one 2009, one 1986. AAA is the only place I would have either worked on. Rob and his crew are great at diagnosing and doing only what needs done in the most cost efficient manner possible. Highly recommended.

I took my 2013 Ford F150 King Ranch in because it was grinding on the right front. I was told that it was the power steering rack. They replaced it for $2400 my truck is still making the noise I feel that they just stole that money and did not fix the right part they do not know what they are doing. Or the mechanic they are using does not know what he is doing. He obviously did not drive the truck after he fixed the part that was supposedly bad.

This place was great the mechanics know that business in their no messing around with getting your Automobile done in a decent time the workers are very friendly and they care And are very concerned about the need of the vehicle they are very informative I recommend everyone to take your car there they are the best

One of the worst shops in Springfield. They charged me $1700 for a electrical issue and didnt even fix it. They will replace parts that dont need replaced just to pad the bill..... stay away
