All my questions were answered, my car issue was fixed in a very timely manner (a day ahead of my actual appointment) and they took the time to educate me on my car and how to take care of it. Wouldn’t even let me give a tip for a fantastic job! Trustworthy, courteous, and a mechanic that 100% knows what he’s doing.

Of all the auto repair shops in Springfield, Cloverleaf is the one you want to go to. Even before bringing my car into the shop, Aaron spoke with me twice over the phone in order to diagnose what was going on with my car. After bringing my car in, he looked it over and figured out what the problem was, a problem that required a dealership to do the work, which is unfortunate because I wanted to give Aaron my money at that point. Aaron has been the best mechanic I have ever worked with as he treated me (a female) with respect and dignity, patiently fielded my questions, and explained then re-explained the cars troubles in a helpful way. Just go see Aaron, because you wont be sorry. (Also, there was no charge for him looking at my car)

I dont know where I would be without this place. They are awesome. I went to one place that wanted to charge me $300 for a passenger side ball joint. Cloverleaf had me in, and out in less than an hour and it was $130. Great people too.

My car broke down this morning and even though they were booked out until next week they squeezed me in. They were able to replace parts and get back up and running in less than 4 hours. What an amazing company!!! I will continue to use Cloverleaf for all my car repair needs.

Several people we know recommended Cloverleaf Auto Repair. Now I know why. Their prices are fair. Theyre fast and friendly. Im certain my 1998 van could use a lot of work. However, they suggested only what was needed most and didnt try to up-sell to increase the ticket. This is definitely where Ill be going next time I need help with any of my vehicles.

I recently had both my vehicles repaired here. The final bill was less than what they quoted me:) They are busy so I would recommend scheduling an appointment in person. I trust these guys - one of the things I had them check out on my truck was the trailer lights not working. They found that it had just come unplugged underneath the truck. Other mechanics may have been tempted to charge me for a mystical electronic/wiring issue. Friends recommended we go here. Only place Ill go to from now on!

My car was broken into and trashed. My key was gone and they said that I must not have put it in there. They denied that this could have happened on their lot even though there was another vehical that was open and the key was tossed in the back. I had to overnight my key and they told me that they didnt get it. Because they didnt bother to check the mailbox. Then they fixed my car. Thirty miles out of Springfield it all started again.Plus what repair shop doesnt have a drop box but supposedly have a security camera system.

I have used Cloverleaf 5 or 6 times over the past several years. If you want a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to take your vehicle. There were a couple of times that I thought I had narrowed down the problem with my car and told them what I thought it might be. EVERY time, it turned out to be something else and the something else was much more minor that what I was expecting. They could have easily told me it was the expensive problem that I was expecting it to be an charged me for the expensive work, but that has never happened with them. HONEST and I appreciate that so much!
