Great service and even better people! Made an appointment and my car was done in about an hour. They fixed my current problem and then actually showed me something that might become a problem soon on my car. I appreciate that heads up. Everyone was great. Peter was the one I interacted with the most and he was a great guy and gave me really good advice about my car. I will be back to this garage if anything else happens with my car!

Was recommended to come here years ago, and I regret not coming sooner. I seem to have the worst luck with mechanics, I caught the last mechanic shop I tried in the McDonalds drive thru with my car, ordering food on my cars test drive. Another shop totalled my car, on my birthday.Got an early AM appointment two days after I called, and I dealt with Nick. He was very professional, and knowledgeable.I had just purchased the car, and I knew the wheels were out of balance, as the steering wheel vibrated at 60mph. Car also had a slight pull to the right. I requested a four wheel balance, rotation, and alignment.Very nervous, due to past experiences, and was leaving from there for a three hour drive out of state, so it had to be done right. I also used to work in a tire shop, so I know what to look for with the wheel weights.A few hours later, mechanic came back from test drive, told me vibration is gone and drives smoothly. Ill be the judge of that.Car drives Beautifully! Drove halfway into New Hampshire, and Vibration is gone, she drives nice and straight and smooth.They didnt try to up sell me on anything I didnt need, and Nick took the time to talk to me before I left. Im used to shops taking my money and rushing me out the door, but the fact that Nick didnt do that will make me a return customer. He gave me a printout of the alignment, the work order, and a little rubber Spartan Keychain. Nice touch.I am more than happy to give them this five star review, and I will be back to Spartan. Thank you Nick, and the guys there, for caring for my baby, when other shops wouldnt. Youll see me again.

Was greeted right away. Was assured they would resolve the problem. Did so in a timely manner. A clean station.Was pleased with the service. I tell anyone who will listen that this is the only place to get repairs done. Spartan gives accurate, honest estimates and has it done on time. They recommend without upselling. Its so hard to find a good repair shop, well I found one.

Peter and his shop were referred by the AutoZone and OReilly across the street.Had some issues with a serpentine belt and the mounts for the alternator. Alternator wasnt properly secured causing looseness and slack with the belt.Soon the battery wasnt being charged.Peter had Tony take charge of my van, which was a nightmare to begin with. Tony a younger serviceman, took initiative and fabricated anchors and housings and brackets to remount the alternator and reinstall a new belt and had us on our way.AAA discount of 20% had us out the door for under 80 on labor.Definitely coming back to spartan but Ill make it a point to go back to this location.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great work, Spartan!

These folks are masters of diagnosis. I keep bringing my old cars to them, and nothing seems to stump them. Getting work done on your car is never cheap, but their prices are inline with others, plus they try to save you money and theyll drop you off and pick you up, and they guarantee their work. Be aware of this location, my SUV only had one small problem which costs $1k to repair, they did the job but screwed something else in order for us to come back, in one month I spent almost $4k for something that was originally $1k. They will scam you this way.

We brought the family truck to the shop it was hanging needs to be repair they charged us 35 dollars for look out the only thing they did was soldered back the same old piece of hook they did in 5 minutes and charge us $140.00 dollars they just steal our money we dont recommend this place they are not honest

Writing a review on behalf of my mother who was so happy that you guys took the time to inspect all four tires when she only came in with a bad leakin a front tire. She was shocked and then delighted that you found two large nails in her right rear tire - which she usually never notices. THANK YOU for fixing a problem way before what might have been a serious incident while driving.

Ask for an estimate & they ask for your keys without ever answering the question so they can charge you $47 for looking at your vehicle... Then quote you prices that make the dealership look like theyre giving you a good deal...

Spartan Rocked it outta the park! Brought my truck in for an investigation about a clunking noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that frankly, two other repair shops were not able to find. I am relatively new to the area and thankfully just happen to notice the Memorial ave shop and decided to pull in. The owner could not have been more friendly and with just a short wait I was up on a lift. Within 10 minutes they found a top mount to one of my rear coil-overs had broke on the back side making it extremely hard to find. GREAT JOB YALL - Back on the road again and you got me for life!

Honest people, never feel like we are being taken advantage of

Went to them to have a leak fixed that cost half the cost of what Firestone would have charged me.(Update): recently went in to fix another problem and i noticed someone smoking a cigarette while working over the open hood of my car. The man at the desk this time was different than my other visit and was casually talking to the guy with the cigarette still in his mouth. Apparently this is all ok to him for some reason.(2nd update) A couple months ago i had the worst experience with any auto shop ive been too. Not only did i leave with my car in a worse condition then when i brought it in for (input sensor issue) turns out they messed up a wire causing it and the shop manager denied any wrongdoing. along with that, the guy handling my car bumped something while pulling out of the garage. Absolutely never going back to this location again and more than likely any other spartan auto center
