Do not buy a used car from this dealership! Within three weeks of purchase of my used car, the entire braking system went out and need a full replacement. Thats $3,819.91 dollars worth of brake work three weeks after purchasing the car. I spoke to the sales manager about how they inspect trade in vehicles and he gave a weak response about how they just look it over to see if anything is obvious. Then, passed the buck to the finance manager. This is not a finance issue, its a business issue. This is an example of how NOT to run a dealership. Do the bare minimum, alienate your customers and dont fully certify your trade in vehicles. Be wise. Do not buy a used car from this dealership!
Well friendly but we could not come to a final decision on the price to fit my needs..I feel being a 2nd time buyer from them I should have received a great deal from them and also being a employee at the hospital but small discount and my offer wasnt excepted so there are other dealerships that I can visit..thanks for the help I was hoping you were going to get me in this vehicle that I was so wanting but TRACY LANGSTON I guess I am not going to be satisfied this time around...I am so sorry I have to shop Another dealership for what I want at my price range...
Great place to buy a vehicle. Last week I purchased my second vehicle in two years from here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great vehicles at a competitive price.
My wife and I were out shopping for our next vehicle. We stopped to inquire about a new truck and walked into the showroom. One of the salesman walked off while the other was very short with answers. When asked if we could at least look at the truck; he unlocked the vehicle from the showroom and said “it should be unlocked” and walked off. Needless to say; I don’t plan to not only buy but have any vehicle ever serviced with this company. This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership.
Drop my car off for them to see why my AC was not working. I was told it would be 129.00 to diagnose the problem and they would call me to tell me what wrong and how much to fix. When they called I was told it needed to be gassed up because it was almost empty. I asked how much and the price was 435.00. I told him that is not what I was told. He stated that the gas is real costly and they put dye in it to detect leaks.I was told him again this is not was discussed when I had called to set it up to be looked at. He offered a discount and I asked to speak to the manager which was not there today. I picked up my car and they charged me 280.53. Labor 199.88 and gas was 55.72, so the way I see it is the labor was the expensive item on that bill. I will never set foot in that dealership again.
I enjoyed my F150 shopping experience with Brad Carneal. We handled everything over the phone and remotely including negotiation and trade value. Brad was prompt, honest, and excellent in answering my questions and responding on time. If you call and no one answers, dont expect a call back even if you left a message. Im to the point now that I just show up to talk to the service department since they never answer the phone or call back. Stopped in yesterday for an update on a warranty claim. The guy that handles that is out to lunch and I was told hed call me when he got in, that didnt happen either. Ive had a few things repaired under warranty. with the exception of a screw from the repair being left on the leather passenger seat, it seems like all is well. If you want to use Ford Pass Points you have to go through the service department since for some reason the parts department cant do that. This makes it more difficult to just drop in and get something that you need, like an oil filter (which surprisingly doesnt come in packaging of any kind). Long story short, I use them because theyre close. Im writing this because they sent me an email asking for a review. Youre welcome.
I went online, it let me fill out the credit app for a new bronco. Got the approval email from Ford credit with my deal. Has a Vin number and all loan details. The dealer says that Bronco is not for sale. Its funny how I got a credit approval and all from Ford but its not for sale. I will never do business with this place.

I arrived there at noon on Memorial Day, and at 2 oclock I was driving away in my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. They gave me more for my trade than I had been offered anywhere else. We just moved from Indiana and needed some work done to our truck. After looking at several reviews we decided to take it to Tracy Langston. I am so happy that we did. Unfortunately what should have taken a day to fix took over a week thanks to our extended warranty. David in the service department was wonderful to work with. He delt with our warranty company like a champ and I am so thankful for that! We will definitely be bringing our truck back to Tracy Langston Ford. And Thanks again David!

Only gave it a one star because I had to......I am completely disappointed with the service at this dealership, and with Ford in general. I showed up for my appointment on time, to be told that whoever I spoke to never put me in the computer for the appointment. I sat in a waiting room where five different employees walked by, no hello, how are you, good morning etc. Just piss poor attitude, and negativity that seems to be associated with this entire dealership. I was charged $150 for a diagnosis, after I explained to them exactly what needed to be fixed. And then they came back to tell me it was going to be over a $1000 to fix one sensor. I took my Ford truck to Jeep and traded it in for a Cherokee.
The service department specifically: I was told I would get my car back within one business day. Dropped off at 8am. Called at 5:30pm and they had closed. They left me without a car to go to work when they said it would only take 1 day.You have to treat them like you’re talking to a child. Be very specific and make sure you repeat yourself 3 times so they hear you. Make sure you hear a clear, detailed plan (even then, call before they close or you might be stranded without a car with no communication from Ford).

I would not recommend this dealer for anything. I had oil changed on 04/15/21 and mentioned trouble with whining noise and transmission slipping hard. Service Manager acted as if he had no idea. Told me to bring back so it could sit overnight. Only to discover a Customer Satisfaction Program 20B34 that specifically addressed my concerns. Now my vehicle is broken down over 300 miles from home, I have no vehicle to drive and Justin made no attempt to assist with warranty matters. Should have run from this dealer when purchasing as the salesman never provided name and took three attempts to show me the vehicle I wanted to see when I had the window sticker from their website.

Ask for James Bruce. This dealership is locally owned and run the way they used to be. I drove from SC to get a vehicle here because the price was great and I cant stand the mega-dealers where the process is bureaucratic, expensive and ridiculous. The paperwork, alone, here is 1/2 or less of the big boys.

After 2 days back and forth (on my part) whether to trade or not and James changing the numbers for me A Lot. 😂We kept our trade in and moved forward with the purchase of our new truck. We worked together taking care of most the paperwork on-line. Overall A+This isn’t you typical high pressure sales team. These guys are super laid back and extremely patient. (We have a 7 year old son) These guys took turns entertaining him while we signed all the paperwork. 👍🏻😂 I’ve been in and out of dealers well over half my life.I have had good experiences, and I have had Really bad experiences. These guys are just perfect. They didn’t try to sell me on a free steak dinner for a deal. You know “Pulling the wool over your eyes”.I feel like I could have walked away from our deal without being blocked into the parking lot. Bottom line is Tracy Langston Ford has EARNED me as a customer. They carry their confidence in honesty. I have to say, Mr. David(service dept) always goes above and beyond to make sure that all situations, questions, and concerns are taken care of.
Parts Department is completely worthless. Told me they didnt have anything like that around here. Ummmm how do you service manual transmissions brought in if you dont have sealing washers around here.
I have had my car serviced at other Nashville area Ford dealerships and had terrible experiences. I decided to give Ford one last chance at the Springfield dealership, and Im so happy I did! I worked with Dave in the service department, he was very kind about explaining things, let me know that some of the stuff I had asked to be checked didnt need service, and fixed issues I didnt even know were happening (all while letting me know what was going on the entire time, and in the middle of a pandemic!). We have been buying vehicles from Langston Ford for 5 years, six trucks, vans and SUVs in total. They have always taken excellent care of us. I dont think you can buy a better vehicle for business or personal use than a Ford.

Brought my Fiesta up here to get some recall problems taken care of, made it clear thats all I wanted to do (which are covered and no payments required). They ended up doing a clutch diagnostic and tried charging me for it. My father went up to pick up the vehicle and had the guy throw the keys and receipt at him because he said something about being charged for unasked work. On top of all this, my check oil light came on after leaving them even though I JUST got it changed. I was in the market for a new vehicle, but not from this dealership!

I went in to have recall work done to my Ford Fusion. They were very helpful and got my car in and out quickly. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that when I originally tried to schedule I was told I would be called back when the parts arrived and I didnt receive a call.
I took my 2010 Ford Focus in for a transmission diagnostic because it wasnt going into Fourth Gear, and the codes were indicating that Solenoid C was bad. Two days and $100 later, I was informed that in fact, there was something wrong with my transmission, and theyd need another $500-$600 to determine what the problem was because theyd need to tear my transmission apart. After explaining my concerns about it being electrical and computer related, I was informed that they tested the computer, and it was fine. As well as doing pressure testing and drive testing, it was determined to NOT be an electrical issue. Not having $1000 to drop on the car, I refused service and took it to another shop. $135 later I was informed it was an electrical/computer issue (which I hadnt suggested to them when I described my problem).Either the dealership was trying to get an extra $1000 off of me for unnecessary work, or the technician has no clue what hes doing.Either way, do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. Theyre not very nice, especially once you refuse service, and are evidently more than willing to try and steal money from you.If I thought I could get my money back, Id fight for it. But I consider the $100 lost to be the cost of an education to not trust this dealership. Which is sad, because Im a Ford fanatic and am in the market for a new truck.I can promise you I wont be shopping at Tracy Langston Ford.

I had my questions answered and explained with patience and understanding. I was introduced to everyone. It helped me feel at ease. I also really appreciated the way that Ron explained all of the cars features to me before I left the dealership. It made me feel safer as well as more comfortable driving my new car.

We bought our truck in 2013 and have been using the Tracy Langston service center for ALL maintenances - tire rotation, oil change, etc. Everything has been great, except in July when we picked our truck up after a tire rotation and oil change. One of the lug nuts was missing. We were headed down to Gulf Shores for a family vacation, so we called to let them know. Left a voicemail and no one called back. Fast forward to December, our truck is paid off, and we continue to use the service center. We explain the missing lug nut, and we were told not to worry. It will be replaced free of charge. Pay the bill over the phone, and the rates increased. Plus, they charged us for a lug nut. There was a bunch of punctures, like someone was angry. Our truck started leaking oil, which never happens. Please note my husband is very familiar with ford trucks and vehicle maintenance. He has been around cars and trucks all his life - building engines, all maintenance, and can fix anything. The Service Center basically stated the lug nut froze up, and the leaking oil is common - probably a cracked pan. They turned in a claim, but we will still have to pay $100. This all happened after we went to Tracy Langston Service Center. It is obviously their fault, which the supervisor basically admitted but tried to explain these are regular $400, and we will only charge you $100. You broke it, and I pay for it. I will be calling BBB.
I had a tune up and other minor repairs on my Lincoln MKS and it’s running and performing much better. The service and parts department were fantastic and they were actually finished with everything an hour earlier than promised.I will definitely be returning for service.
Last Friday, my adult son asked me to go with him to look at cars. He wanted to research what was available and make an educated decision about a choice. We started at Tracy Langston Ford because I have purchased a car from them several years back. We did find one car that he was interested in. However, he decided not to buy the first car he liked. We went to a couple of other dealerships in the area but returned to Tracy Langston. While he was a first time buyer, they treated him like a member of the family. They encouraged me to participate in his entire buying process, as well as encouraging him to seek my advice in some areas. He is now the proud owner of a Mustang.This is not the end of the story. While going through the buying process with him, my wife and I looked at a new Edge. We spent some time with Ron Jennett, who introduced us to the technology in the car and gave us the freedom to drive it around without him in the vehicle. We also spent quite a bit of time talking to the owner of the company, who I am sure could have been elsewhere.To summarize, my family bought two cars from Tracy Langston Ford in one afternoon. Our son bought a used Mustang, and we bought a new Edge. We were both very happy with our experiences. I would highly encourage anyone interested in a new or lightly used vehicle to give Tracy Langston a visit.
The service team is ALWAYS courteous and goes above expectations to insure the work is performed correctly. They have also seen that the work performed is explained thoroughly as well as inform me of any changes that may need to take place. I will always recommend this business to anyone looking for service or purchasing a new/used vehicle.

After going to other Dealerships and getting the run around we finally found a great ford dealer who really cares about their customers and what they are selling.The salesman Shawn Vansickle was a very big help in our search for the right truck he really knows his job and all the little things about those vehicles that he sells very professional.
This was the 4th car Ive bought from Tracy Langston Ford. There were no high pressure tactics, simple fast negotiations and a fair price on my trade. It truly was the quickest Ive ever bought a car in over 30 years. I would highly recommend this dealer and ask for Cliff as a salesperson. Hes polite, friendly and easy to work with.

Supper! Was really haveing to juggle a bunch of things in one week. Needed to buy a new truck. Shawn, first of all, listened. Then followed my instructions. He kept in touch by voice mail, text and phone calls. As I kept him posted as was dealing with a family member who very sick. He handled paperwork and arranged financing, license transfer and when I arrived my new F-150 cleaned up ready to go! Just a few minutes of paperwork. It even had a full tank of gas!Shawn is truly a real professional!Painless process!Ken
Called for an appointment, got an answering machine left a message for them to return the call and what I was calling for. 4 days later they hadnt even returned my call. I was stupid enough to call them again, took my Ford F-150 in for the brake recall to be corrected then they tell me that my engine light is on and I have a number two cylinder coil down they had to keep it an additional day because they had to order the coil. Then I get ready to pick it up and they say oh we notice number one coil is bad too so then they have to fix that . then I pick it up pay large money for it and get 32 miles away and my engine light comes on again. Long story short, I paid them additionally to do a tune-up because I was at 97000 miles which was the most expensive tune-up Ive ever encountered in my life. I went in for a brake recall correction and one cylinder reading bad, but ended up having to pay for two new coils because all of a sudden there were too bad coils. . 32 Mi away from the dealershipand the engine light back on again. Took back in the next morning for correction of that and they tell me now its got a bad catalytic converter and that they have conveniently called around for me and found me the cheapest muffler shop that can fix it to the tune of $350 US. And said that I should drive right over and have it fixed. When I walked out to the service Bay to get in my truck the ignition was on all the way except for the car was not started where they had left it sitting there like that for Im not sure how long but it had to be at least 10 minutes. Instead of going straight to that muffler shop they suggested I go to I called one other shop who gave me a price of $250. However, I stopped by my house first and when I restarted the truck all the lights were clear and they still are clear 2 Days Later so Im not sure how the catalytic converter corrected itself but for now it has. What I will say is this my truck felt like it was running perfect when I first took it in but after this tune up in the work theyve done it is sputtering and the RPM needle has significant movement when idling. It was not running near this rough before they got the truck and it certainly should not be doing this after a brand new 400 plus dollar tune up. a tune-up that made the truck run worse not better. My gas mileage has dropped 1.2 miles per gallon since they worked on my truck.

I had to have a pretty extensive repair done on my 2010 Ford Taurus.I took it to Tracy Langston Ford and left it with them. They diagnosed the water pump and associated components were bad (which I already knew) and gave me a reasonable estimate. Because this was going to take awhile to repair due to how far the engine had to be disassembled, they offered a loaner car for my wife to drive while the repair was completed.The repair was completed in a timely manner and the car runs just like new.You can trust the service department to take care of you. The technicians are very knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding.Special thanks to Brent, Rusty and Johnny for a great experience in an otherwise bad situation. You will see me again

Had a problem with A/C on my 2018 Explorer. Took car to Langston Ford in Springfield, TN and. waited on the repair. Defective part was identified and problem corrected in short order,under warranty. Service Dept called me after a couple days to be sure problem was corrected to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

My 18 year old son found a VW Beetle that he loved at Tracy Langston Ford. It was to be his firs adult purchase. We went and looked at it on June 19th. We were told that the AC and trunk did not operate & it was being sold as is. We were also told that it just came thru the service department. So on the 20th we bought it for $3,000. My son drove it home and on the 21st we took it to my mechanic to fix the air. On the way to the repair shop we discovered that the lights, wipers, turn signals, and radio along with the AC did not work. After a few weeks of tracing wires my mechanic informed me that it was not worth repairing. Not only were there electrical issues but there were hold in the exhaust, and the timing chain did not have a cover on it. Also the timing chain was very worn. We finally sold it for $1,250. Including the mechanic bill We lost $2,450 on a piece of junk that the dealership sold us. I encouraged my son to look for used cars at dealerships because I believed that they would be in better condition. I called the salesman & informed him was happened & that I would never be back on his lot. I would tell everyone I knew to never buy from them. He said he understood and would pass it along. I never heard back from them. No apology, no nothing. We understand I bought an AS IS car. We should have never trusted this dealership. We will not make that make again. After loosing $2,450 I know better than to trust these guys again.
