Best donuts in Springfield BY FAR! Very friendly people and great conversation. They have guite the selection as well, I even got a pumpkin spice donuts. I will definitely be back for more whenever I get a sweet tooth. Thank you!

I stopped in last weekend to pick up some Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast and couldnt have been happier to do so. A full tray of rolls greeted me, along with cases of donuts, long johns, bear claws, apple fritters... the list goes on and on! The Cinnamon Rolls were perfect. Soft, warm and filling the car with a wonderful aroma on the way home. I did buy a couple of donuts and ate them in the car and I dont care if my glucose level looks like the Dow Jones index. This is a terrific bakery!

They have the absolute best donuts around! The staff is friendly and waits are usually very short. The selection is better early, but we can always find things we love. The interior customer space is very tight and pretty old school, but we always take our donuts to go.

Best donuts around. A must when we are in Springfield and we beg guests who travel from Springfield to bring some to us on their visits to Omaha. We try donuts everywhere we travel and have tried every place where we live, but nothing compares to St. George’s in Springfield! Especially love their cinnamon rolls and sprinkle donuts (cake and glazed!)

Let me tell you here and now, those are the BEST doughnuts I have had on a long time!!!! I am an apple fritter freak....OMG, they are the best, full of cinnamon and apple chunks....yummy for the tummy!! And to top it all off, the woman working there was amazing, friendly as all out doors.....loved it.

The donuts here are amazing!!! I tried the chocolate raised donut, the devils food glazed donut, and the strawberry cake donut. They were all fantastic. I definitely would recommend giving this place a try.

Decent donuts, but the star of the show is the cherry danish. Customer service is brisk. Unless you’re a local yokel, do not expect uber friendly service.

In my opinion, theres no better place in Springfield to get donuts! The apple fritters are so good. Id also recommend the cinnamon cake donuts. My favorite is probably a cake donut with sprinkles. Its very busy in the mornings, but the staff are super speedy and friendly. Love it!

Best donut shop in the Springfield area. (And I am picky) The flavor of the dough and the glaize make the donut better than anyone else. Then if you get added ingredients like jelly filled,etc, its even better. The only thing I have gotten that I didnt care for is the white creme filled donut because it was way too sweet. I normally like those at other donut shops. Other than that, its an incredible place. Highly recommend !

Donuts are pretty good. Literally ever time I visit (hours before closing time) they all are out of the Signiture cinnamon roles. Stood in line for 20 minutes just to get shewed away. Guess I’ll give the competition business.

We are new to town and wanted to try something local for our Christmas donut tradition, and I was really hoping this place would work out for us.Unfortunately the overall quality of the donuts was underwhelming, taste was so-so, and everything with chocolate frosting was so off I threw those out....I think the frosting was burnt or something because it was terrible.I think we will look elsewhere for our donut needs from now on.....

Okay, St. Georges Donuts is really the only place I ever consider for donuts. I mean, i know that other donut shops exist, but itd be like putting Pasta Express up against Olive Garden. I will say that Hurtz, imo, mightve given St. Georges a run for their money had they not started with all of those weird candy bar donuts. While you can get a dozen regular sized donuts at Krispy Kreme and even if you eat them all - youll still be hungry (or go into a diabetic coma - slim chance- but it could happen) At St.Georges, you can eat one, maybe 2 and youve got yourself a nice little sugar rush til lunch. And they are really NOT more expensive. So get over there...like now. Cuz they close at 2:30 pm.

Some of the best (if not THE best) donuts in town!! If you get there early enough, their selection of homemade donuts is amazing... but they go fast, so order ahead or arrive early. Their apple fritters, bear claws, & cinnamon rolls are delicious... you wont be disappointed!
