The banner we ordered was PERFECT! Set it up yesterday and it was put to the test almost immediately. With the strong winds overnight, we worried it would affect the banner but it’s still standing strong and in perfect shape! Really easy and timely process communicating with the on what I wanted done. I would go back if I needed more signs done. Only reason for 4 stars, the first sign they made, the coloring was different on some words and it should have been the same all around. They corrected the mistake and made a brand new sign for me.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at FastSigns. I spent an hour with an employee working on a design for some door signs and was sent a price for said signs via email. I approved the price and then spent almost 3 days being told that I would receive a call “by EOD” or “in an hour” to come pick them up and they repeatedly missed their own deadlines and failed to communicate with me. When the signs were finally ready to be picked up, the owner/manager charged me more than double what I was originally quoted. When I showed him the email with the original price I had been given, he blamed it on his employee being new and said he would not honor the price I had been given. He even offered to “throw them in the trash for me” if I couldn’t pay for them. I am truly not one to leave bad reviews, but I am from a small business and FastSigns absolutely backed me into a wall. Mistakes happen and I understand that but their unwillingness to fix a mistake that they made is extremely unprofessional. Please please take your money elsewhere.

I had scheduled an interview with James, the manager, for this previous Saturday at 9am. I arrived early to the interview and waited until 9:10, but no one ever showed up or returned any communications. My time was completely wasted because no one was professional enough to cancel beforehand. To their new graphic designer, good luck working with such rude and unprofessional people.

Fast signs? Certainly not since the process leading up to it was SLOW and full of amateur mistakes. My client provided a .zip file (A simple, and common file type) of his logo package and they tried to use the actual ZIP FILE in the artwork. I had to explain to them to unzip the compressed file, and to use the vector files meant for printing. Then they confused my client with an easy-to-fix question and blew it out of proportion. I called to clear it up myself and suddenly everything was fine, but I give them my email and phone number if they have any questions with the file. I get a call the next morning asking for my artwork... What?? They think Im requesting a project. I had to explain again that I was just helping my client... and then they ask for my clients logo, AGAIN. I explain that they were just working in the file yesterday and should already have the files. NOPE. The lack of communication, lack of common sense working in common file types with a very common project in this industry made the process frustrating and off-putting.

I was very pleased with the quick and friendly service I received from Fast Signs. I had wanted some signs installed on my vehicle but wasnt quite sure what I wanted. I had them do several iterations/changes to my original design and they did each one quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I just picked up another sign order from Fastsigns and was reminded again of how through the years they are always the ones I turn to when I need a sign designed and need it soon. I usually just have an idea and the designer is always great to listen to me and help me come up with the best possible solution. John, the owner. even carries the signs out to my car. Great service from a company that has been serving Springfield for over 18 years!

The owner, John, is absolutely crazy. I have never been so poorly treated. I suggest literally any other sign shop in town. If you go here you will have a bad experience.

Great design work, fair pricing and as the name says FAST!

We use Fastsigns for multiple projects throughout the country. The quality varies by location. Weve been using the Springfield, MO location for the past 10+ years and the quality has gotten worse each year. Ive gotten use to their poor service and have learned to plan ahead for this--they typically have to come back out 1-2 times to reprint pieces or fix wall placements. Weve had employees come that do a great job, but weve also had employees come out and openly cuss at and berate their coworkers while placing vinyl in our office. For the most recent projects we had done, after showing up a full week late (after having planned this a month in advance), they printed one job at half the requested size and adhered it to the wall without showing me first. They had to remove that, reprint and place it back on the wall which delayed the process even longer. For another project they haphazardly placed vinyl on the wall that was crooked and not even with previously placed wall vinyl while also leaving dirt smudges all over the wall. On another project they printed the artwork incorrectly and had to reprint it, but after placing it they left a dot off of an i. Im still waiting for them to come back and fix these issues.

Had a great experience with FASTSIGNS! They designed and installed our store sign an did some window decals as well. They were easy to work with and very FAST. We werent exactly sure what we wanted, so they had to work with us. After multiple proofs, which were sent back to us almost instantly after the change was made, our sign and decals look absolutely awesome. We could not be more satisfied. The price was reasonable, the product is very good quality, but the customer service was outstanding. We will defenetly be a repeat customer. Thank you for your service.

The owner is completely incompetent and should not be taking orders. They resized the printout I brought and did not reflect that in the proof I received. Therefore I had to pay for reverse weed transfers I could not use. The second time it took 3 tries for them to get it even close to what I needed and again, they resized the spacing without showing it in the proof. So, for a second time, I had to pay for transfers that were not what I ordered. The only bright side is the employee, James, who did his best to try to meet my requirements. Sadly, that was not enough to make up for the rest. I will never go back to FastSigns

When discussing my sign needs with FASTSIGNS I worked with the owner and three different employees and they all were in sync with me, my needs and their product. After seeing all of these great reviews I was really excited to come to this place of business. Unfortunately, the experience did not go the way I thought. When calling the store I talked to a man named David, I wanted to get an estimate on some vinyl lettering for my boat. I could tell the employee was new so I politely asked if there was anyone else there who could give me more information. He got extremely defensive and stating he had been a long time emplyee and new exactly what he was talking about and hung up on me. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Fastsigns prints out all of Sun Solars Placards that we need to have for each and every job weve installed over the past several years. I send them an email of what I need the sign to say, they remember our standards, deliver fast accurate signs (usually same day) and invoice our billing department.
