I shopped at The Mattress Company in need of only a twin box spring. It was a small purchase and I felt the employee there let me know it. I was sold a fine product but the customer service was lacking. No help was offered to move the box spring and the employee was not aware if or not the back door was clear enough for me to exit through it. The employee stated they were tired and preceded to sit and watch me remove the product alone. Although the product was not heavy or cumbersome, the employee couldve been more helpful and offered assistance.

Bought a bed from mattress company 6 months ago, and the bed has been by far the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, I love it! Buying process was great and I felt like I got more than a fair price. They delivered the bed to my apartment as well. Highly highly recommend!!

I went and saw Daisy Havens there about 3 years ago to buy my mattress, and had a very comfortable and personable experience with her. she helped me pick out a bed and a frame, and had it set up for delivery at a time that was convenient with me!Last year I noticed my box spring had gone out, and they replaced it for me for free!I would give 6 stars if I could. Matt and Mattress Company saved my marriage!! There we were, sleeping on a taco bed, mountains of pillows between us. We were this way for over a year until we finally walked into Mattress Company in Springfield. We tested out many beds and almost fell asleep while our kids played in the toddler area. Everyone at this store was amazing! We felt no salesman pressure, just got hooked up with a good deal but were asked to sleep on it before deciding. That didnt take long!! Aside from marrying the best guy ever, purchasing a king temperpedic may be the best decision Ive ever made. Great company, great employees, lightning quick delivery, best mattress, all equal happy wife and happy life. Thank you mattress company!!!

There OK - we bought our bed from them and because of sweat stains (through the freaking mattress cover!) they cant help us with a bed that had a 20yr warranty!!! Are you serious??I loved the bed we got for the first 3yrs but its NOT holding up, they said theyd do something to help us out and that was 10/17 this is now 3/18 not a word from them....Thanks, but Ill spend my money elsewhere next time.

I had the worst experience ever at the mattress company. Kara screwed up our entire order by overcharging us and making guarantees she couldnt keep. We ended up canceling our order and receiving a refund. However, they did not cancel the Synchrony account we set up through them, and therefore negatively affected our ability to build credit (the entire reason we went in the first place)! The Mattress Company falsely advertises deals they cant give on their website. To top it all off, Kara called my husbands cell phone from her private cell phone number and left him a voicemail asking for him to call her and explain why he canceled our order (something he had already done when speaking to the manager who was very helpful). We feel like our privacy has been totally violated because now his cell phone number is in her private cell phone for personal use. Overall, this experience made me never want to go mattress shopping again. Luckily, the kind staff at American Mattress across the parking lot helped us buy local and gave us a better deal with professional service and full transparency. I cant stress enough how unprofessional and shady this process has been from start until finish.

Karah was knowledgeable both about mattresses and about musculoskeletal issues that make comfortable sleeping difficult for me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and budgetary constraints, and then patiently helped me find a mattress that was a good match. Ive had it for almost a month and its going well. In case it doesnt turn out to be a good match, I know I have a 120 day trial and can work with them to find a better alternative.

Firm?  Med Firm?  Spending time searching is a chore and Noelani Fisher new by observing which bed we would be happiest with.  She sent us to the River Valley store to experience The Rhapsody Tempur-Pedic bed. And she was right!  The results proved her right again as every night since owning it, my husband wakes up with a pain-free back! We cannot thank you enough!  We are very happy!  Thank you!!

What can I say, shopping for a new bed is stressful. All the styles and names, it could drive a man crazy. Once I walked in the door, I was greeted with a hello and a few questions about my day. They were very helpful with all the information and not once did i feel pressured into making a decision. We had been to a few other stores and we found the best deal here. At the end of the day my wife and I bought a new bed and I havint loved sleep as much as I do now!!

I purchased a standard tempurpedic mattress four years ago. Since then, I have not had a normal or relaxing full nights sleep--I constantly toss, turn, get up in the middle of the night, etc. I came to the realization that perhaps I did not choose the right mattress, so I visited The Mattress Co. Matt (manager) asked a few questions about my sleeping habits and how I sleep (side, back stomach) and then had me try out the Sealy Hybrid Silver Plush. The moment I laid down on this mattress it I knew this was the one for me. I purchased it, it was quickly delivered and setup for me and I can honestly say the past week of sleep has been the best sleep Ive had in four years! The moment I get into my side-sleeping position I fall asleep and I wake up in the morning in the same position having total uninterrupted, amazing, refreshing sleep. Finally!
