Great service back order on part i needed

I bought a Humminbird 360 at BPS during a promotion because they would install it free. I made an appointment. It was 10:45. I got there on time and dropped the boat off. I was told it would take two hours. I went to lunch and drove past the business at 12:05. The boat had not been moved. I went to BPS for awhile.Nearly four hours later i was told it would be another hour. I had them bring the boat out of the shop and left. I will now pay a competent business to finish the job.

I bought a boat sight unseen. I wouldnt of done this but Greg worked with me with pictures and was very honest with what he seen that I couldnt. After driving the 500 miles to come pick up the boat, It was just as I was told with no problems. I dont ever take the time to leave a review but was so pleased with the transaction that I felt it was a must. Thanks so much to all the people involved with my purchase. I couldnt be happier. A great boat for a great price. I appreciate everything and am thankful for everyones time. God Bless!!

Despite my disappointment that my 2020 Tracker EV quit working, the staff were friendly when I took it to the service center. We will see how things go when they are able to look at my UTV in three weeks.

Todd is very nice and professional. He makes every effort to listen and understand what you need. Then to the technicians, they obviously take pride in their work. It shows when I inspect their repairs and upgrades. Five stars guys, thanks for all you do.

Went here to get some parts for my mercury motor. Lady at the front desk, I believe it was Cheryl, was less than helpful. Horrible attitude. Very hard to deal with. I ended up telling her I would just order parts I needed online. Will never go back to parts there again. I’ve heard good stuff about the guys in service though.

Bought a used Tahoe two weeks ago to take on vacation to Lake Powellin Arizona. Had been planning the trip for a year. Family reunion.When I brought the boat home, I changed the oil and found white oil, so I bought a boat with a cracked block. So vacation looks like no boat on one of the most awesome lakes in the world.I ordered a new motor and had it shipped to Tracker Boat Center. The guys swapped out the motor for me and got it ready two days before leaving on Vacation. These guys are awesome, Labor price was lessthan they quoted me when I first went in. Josh busted his tail to getmy boat ready. Kept me informed and did a great Job.Thanks to them, we can enjoy our boat on our vacation. Cant say enough about them, quality service, quality customer service.

By john caststeelwe really enjoy bass pro and hemingways restaurant.you should beware of purchasing boat motors at this location.some years ago we got a twenty hp mercury motor and had instant problems. we returned it for service,they made no records for warranty records. after (repairs) still wouldnt start.local mercury dealers apparently wont do work under warranty if not bought from them. only thing I got from mercury was promises and runaround. I noted some boat builders dont like to put merc outboards on their boats because of customer complaints about them

Was sent there by the main store (bass pro) to get a universal fuel gauge for a boat. The lady working the counter acted like I was bothering her. Was just trying to buy local, but just ordered online and had in 2 days. Horrible customer service.
