I always love going to this store for the newest books that just came out and for used books. Its a fun place just to browse too. Its one of the few christian books stores that are still around.

This place is awful! Everytime we are told they will buy our books we drive the 3 hours to bring them here then they dont buy them. This has happened multiple times. Ebay is easier and better to sell.

For the lover of new and used Christian books and Bibles, this store is a must-see experience. I have never been disappointed by their inventory, their prices or customer service. Cant wait for my next shopping visit!

These guys always have what Im looking for. There a selection on everything from bibles to history, and from theology to lifestyle. Everything is in great shape, and a lot of it is new. The stuff there is super helpful. I am always able to call ahead to find what I need and even have things held for me. Ive never found another store quite like it. Its truly a gem!

By far the best new and used Christian bookstore around Sgfld, although they have an assortment of other books as well. I visit here at least monthly, many times yearly and never leave dissapointed. Extra discounts on already low prices for free membership, good sales, and a helpful staff that are avid readers themselves. Also, they have recently added a most helpful online inventory that you can browse. I really appreciate this place and I honestly should thank God for it. A huge help to my personal life and teaching ministry.

Great help. Inventory changes day to day. Carry some hard to get christian authors at competitive reasonable prices. Carry old and new Bibles books and more. Also secular classic authors and children books all ages.I shop mostly fundamental christian nonfiction non technical older reference. They can order SOME things. Aisles easy to look and walk.

Why did I give this place 5 stars, one reason they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, exceptional assistance. Another reason, their prices, very reasonable. Lastly, you could sense a compassion from the employees there, I wholeheartedly believe that they care about their customers.

This is a great way to exchange a few books to get some cash or credit towards a new one. Its packed full of christian resources and has some homeschool curriculum as well. There is a small collection of audiobooks and DVDs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Small but well stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of used/ second hand books covering a nice variety of religious subjects with clearly divided sections.

They have a wide variety of Bibles in different translations, as well as a nice selection of books on Christian living. I like to just browse the shelves and explore the books.

THIS is the store! Though the location is a lot smaller than it was across the street, it doesnt feel any smaller. If they dont already have it - which theres a really good chance they do - theyll order it for you. If they cant find it through traditional means, theyll do their best to find it anyway. The owners, the employees, and even your fellow customers make this place THE place to shop for Christian music and books - and (if youre my family) homeschool materials.

It is very neat, clean and organized. The best used book store in our area and we have been to a lot. I do not usually even browse through the new book section, but from what I have seen it is just like the used room. Very neat, clean and organized.

I have concerns with the way store buy back/store credit works.First of all, I sold a brand new (still in shrink wrap) Classical Conversations foundation handbook which costs around $100 new, and received $15. I wasn’t given an option to reject the “offer,” because I definitely would have.Secondly, the process of using store credit was never explained to me. As it turns out, when you buy a new product you can only use store credit to cover 1/3 of the purchase. When you buy used, it covers 2/3. So I have over $50 total in credit that I will not be using because I do not want to give the store another penny of my money. No other resale style shop I have ever done business with uses this bizarre and unfair process.In order to get my $50 of credit there I need to spend who knows how much money. It’s bad business.

I used to visit this bookstore occasionally, but on a fairly regular basis when I lived in Springfield. I moved back to St. Louis a little over a year ago, so those visits are more rare. I was glad to have the opportunity to visit for a while and browse around..and buy a book.

Redeemed is my absolute favorite place to buy books! They have a great selection of old and new, and come out with new books in their collection often. They have some of the best prices around and all the workers are very friendly. I’ve gotten gift cards for Redemmed and I highly recommend it as a great gift idea for the reader in your life.

I had not been to CPO since they moved across the street and merged with Redeemed books. The staff is friendly, and the newly merged space is packed full of books and media. Lots of new and used to check out, and they buy, sell and trade! A great place to go to find a great read to further your knowledge, you walk, uplift your spirit, or just enjoy a light read!

I have shopped at Redeemed for years and our whole family loves this place! They have very reasonably priced Christian books (homeschool curriculum, Christian living, fiction, etc.). There are books for all ages and we never leave empty handed.

We lived in Springfield 6 years ago, and Redeemed was my go to bookstore especially for homeschool books. What has happened to it?! The homeschooling section has been cut in half and forget about trying to find a used Bible at a reasonable price. Now it is all new stuff. What a disappointment.
