Ordered my kitchen cabinets from Creative and they turned out perfect! Once I had the measurements and the lay out I wanted they helped me get them ordered and the price was amazing. Solid hardwood cabinets with soft closures. I have had the cabinets for 6 years now and they have head up perfectly. About to remodel another house and will for sure use them again for the kitchen cabinets!

Very good. Its a Little rundown, but that just means they are putting their money into products and savings for customers and not fancy showrooms, buildings, and advertising. They definitely have a little bit of everything and prices are excellent. Good service.

I have bought a few items here. Everyone I have met is very knowledgeable and gave me expert advice. The prices were the best in the area and the customer service persons gave me multiple options. I will continue to come here first for all my home improvement needs.

Not impressed. Went in a few days ago and felt like the staff didn’t take me seriously. I wandered around for 30 minutes before finally finding someone to help me. Ended up leaving and don’t plan on going back.

A large amount of my 101 yr. house remodel came from Creative Associates, 9 yrs ago! We are very happy with the products, doors, fireplace, all of my kitchen cabinets, my master bath vanity, door knobs, faucets, floor tile and the list goes on...are all holding up well.We believe that we got very good product and great prices! We love our front door and bathroom vanities. The vanities were half the price of the semi-custom and a quarter of the price of custom. They made our front door to our specifications and it is beautiful. They have always been very helpful to us.

We build 30+ new homes a year in the Springfield area and we use Creative for alot of our new home construction finishes. We have used some of everything they have to offer at some point... Flooring, tile, doors, trim, cabinets, sinks, faucets, knobs, hardware, etc, etc. We have no reservations on sending our new home buyers here to pick some of their finishes. Excellent local business that we can, and will, use whenever we can.

Bought lots of home remodeling items from here. I like not being followed around by a salesman. You are free to talk, shop, take pictures, etc without having someone following you around, talking you into to something. When you find what you want, or have questions, Ive never had an issue. Its usually loaded in my truck by the time Ive paid for it and Im on my way.

Really disappointed. Got a bathroom vanity, extremely low quality product screws missing, hinges loose Chinese junk. Went back to discuss and see other options. The guy chewing tobacco tells what you see is what you get they have no options. It was 350 PM when I arrived they first told me we close at 4 so what do u want. If you are remodeling a rent house or a flip I am sure this place is okay, but if you are trying to do something nice to last stay away and no customer service.

Terrible product and bad customer service! Don’t recommend buying anything from here. They had to re do some doors and they came back with scuffs all over them and I had to pay them again.

Great place to go for products for rehab or new build projects. Darren is the best!

You cant touch the price anywhere else for doors ... and they have prehung craftsman style doors for $88! Solid pine is available as well.I bought my 8 foot tall front door from them for $1800.... anywhere else you are talking $3-$5k easy... and it was made here in Missouri at there other location

Having been a General Contractor for years, all my homeowners either new construction and or remodels have enjoyed coming to see all the different choices Creative Associates have,, they are numerous !

Super disappointed in the store. Got excited when I saw low prices but can never get any help. I can NEVER get a call back. TERRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend to anyone, ever.

I purchased a piece of granite from this company for a certain price. When I went to go pick it up they raise the price of the granite even though the invoice said one price. This company is crooked do not trust them. Even though the invoice was paid for and written up by one of their employees they still did not honor it. I demanded a full refund and received.

Was Not Open after driving 100 miles 😣 checked website 2 times this morning to make sure. Should have called. Still truly disappointed

Unprofessional, as well as little to no customer service was given at this place. I have a feeling I am not the only REAL potential customer who has experienced the same disregard for customer assistance and presence.
