Great customer service and no hassle getting done what I went to do.

Even as a small business with a small purchase order they treated us great, answered all our questions and pricing was much better than Lowes or Home Depot.

There are businesses that succeed by their excellent customer service and the way they treat their clients.This isnt one of those businesses. I was talked down to, and generally made to feel as though I was wasting their time.I believe that all businesses owe something to the clients they have, but in this case they seem revel in the business they keep and not grateful for the opportunity to serve.This is only one persons view- but I try to patron businesses that truly appreciate their clientele.

Agree with other reviewer. They did not give us a receipt for our purchase that was delivered to our home and paid for over the phone and when we called and asked for one we were told he had better things to do than sit around on the phone.
