I had asked for 5lb shoulder beef and 5lb for back leg on Saturday around 10:40. The Spanish guy offered me the ready made beef which I don’t want it but I had asked him to give refresh beef he was not willing to give me the fresh meat. The beef department customer service was very poor. I don’t think I will shop there if I have other options.

They have the best prices in town and the staff was really helpful.

The prices are best in town. The owner is very nice so far. The employees are very friendly and courteous.No complaints so far.Only one thing I want to mention if start taking order online it would a plus. 👍

Large variety of Halal items. Long time in business, good customer service and always welcoming environment. Prices on some items are higher than competing stores but you will not find any expired item. Overall you will be pleased. Plus meat section almost never disappoints

I have been going to Super Halal for over 10 years---since it was a small store. And now undergoing a second expansion. My wife and I love this place. Always neat and clean and the meat is excellent. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Springfield Super Halal.

Super Halal is the best halal grocery store that I have used. The store is always neat and clean, the staff of butchers are friendly and will cut in whatever way you want, and the prices are reasonable. In a pinch, there are lots of prepackaged meat, chops, and chicken available after the butchers have gone home. My wife and I especially like their baby goat. All in all, we are very pleased with Super Halal.

Luckily they had the Shezan mango juice I was looking for. Otherwise nothing else was worth buying from here. In one of there dried packaged plums I saw a very long piece of hair. They should take a closer look at what they stock in the isles.

One of the best butcher shop. Always the meat quality is perfect and fresh. Guys behind the butcher counter are very friendly and helpful. I wish them well in future.

The hijabi girl at the cashier is very unprofessional and rude!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Also is very lazy, if you call to check for an item without checking she’ll say it’s out of stock.

Clean cut meats, prompt service and reasonable charges for home delivery.Thumps up for not escalating prices in bad times!I hope they stock some Indian rice varieties as well.

Extremely rude customer service. We go there and give them business and their associates are unprofessional, rude, unethical with customers. The owner of the store has given them free hand to mistreat his customers even if one penny is short they demand it no matter if customer is buying $1000 groceries. Uneducated female cashiers have no manners, non welcoming. It’s better to go to other desi grocery stores at least we have respect and we are giving them business and their stores run because of us and they can’t even ethically train their cashiers. It’s USA. It’s not Pakistan. There is a strict competition here. You will lose all of your customers and business by keeping uneducated and untrained staff about the good customer service manners.

As a Muslim, I am sorry to say that it is one the most worst halal grocery I have ever been in . The people in the back always in a bad mood and never takes custom requests .. They say their machine is closed at 7:45pm..Prices are high and service is very Bad. They takes advantage of being one of the few halal groceries around here .. If this grocery existed anywhere near other halal groceries, they would have closed down long time ago.. very bad.. Last time I will ever shop here or recommend anyone I know to come here ...

Clean and carry most of the things a desi needs

I went to get ground goat today they did not had in their freezer asked me how much do you need I said 2 or 3 pounds guess how much was he going to charge me $12.99 a pound I said why that much answer was he made it fresh guess what whole baby goat is $7.69 a pound any way watch out for these guys. I went and got it from Desi Bazar for$6.99 a pound

I went to this store at least 2 times and whenever i go to buy Goat meat, there is Always human hair in the meat don’t know why:(Finally I asked Them today and shop keeper is giving me wired smile and telling me there is always hair don’t know why. The staff at the meat department are very disrespectful i have never seen a smile on their faces. when i tried to place an order they dont like it i can tell of its engry faces. i know they are busy and stressed but they have to hand a customer with smile. it is part of their job to cooperate with good customer service. the cashier is excellent no doubts.

I bought 7 Chicken today August 13,2017. Employees who cuts the meat and chicken have attitudes and when I went to cashier, both girls has big attitude. I will never ever will go this store again. They charge very high price for Chicken. Try to avoid to buy from this store. I Dont trust if they selling Zabiha halal.

Do not buy meat here, I fell sick after eating goat meat here. I specifically asked them I need a fresh meat and the guy ( who was reluctant to answer in English) blabbered in broken English said “ya everything’s fresh here”. The next day onwards i had issues with digestion and what not. I’m filing a complaint against them with FDA. They will definitely get audited.

They hide bones under the meat so they can make money off you. This is a good grocery store. Also, they have TOO many expired stuff.

I just bought baby goat when I reached my home I saw it is baby goat but not shoulder half and they charged me more than $9 for 1 LB but on price menu it was $7.49/Why these guys cheated me?AwfulPainfulNever suggest any one for meat section!

I usually don’t write anything negative, but the people at the store just disappointed me so much that I had to.Please do not go here if you are looking to buy meat. Not worth it. The butcher was rude when I told him I wasnt looking for whole chicken and just wanted little pieces of it. He tells me they dont give a specific amount of chicken and sell whole chicken after cutting the whole thing and never really had the patience to tell me thats how they do it.I was so disappointed that I had to pay for the whole thing, though I didnt need it. I seriously dont care that I paid for it, I was really disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

This is a great place to shop for sub continent groccery items. There is also a safe and hygienic place for Halal meat and the quality is great.

I always buy meat from this store, but this time, I really disappointed.Just friendly advice who is going to order meat from this store, ask them to show you the actual weight, so you get what you paid for.

They’ve everything but customer service is bad .. I had bad experience with them.

The meat is overpriced but thats probably because its always good no complaints. Theyve just gotten my order wrong at times if I do it over the phone. Theyre definitely overpriced with loads of items. But theyve got good organic chickens and no complaints with bad meat ever. Just that when I ask for bone in beef, they give me 50% bones. I dont need that much bone if theyre charging by the pound. Just have to be stern and let them know exactly what you want. Their customer service is bad in general and could use some tweeking.

Dishonest owner, very bad customer service. Sold us bad product knowingly and said we could return it but when we went to the store they wouldnt return it. I will never shop there again, because of the dishonesty!

I have good experiences here and not so good ones 2/10 times. They have old stuff on their shelves that should not be up for sale. Naans, pani puri, Desserts, meat (ground chick). There was an outdated dessert. In pani puri a minor but stale Oder. In naan as well, and no expiration date on the ground chicken I bought or naan. I still appreciate Super Halal and try again.

Large selection of Indian grocery. An entire row dedicated to basmatibamd Jasmin rice !The real winner here is the butcher. They have pre marinated beef and chicken kabobs you can take home and grill. Great food to bring for a dinner party or BBQ.Not much fresh produce only the bare essentials.Endless supply of spices, pre mixed spices for marinade, pickles, sweets and frozen selection.If you never tried pistachio or mango ice cream pick some up !

The meat theyre selling I see by my eye thats from resturant dopo and telling the Coustomer we do our own zabah pleas go near by la mart same thing half price

So I was shopping from super halal more than 10 time but I see theyre bringing and using restaurant depo meat they are laying for Muslim community so the only thing theyre doing here cut and taking the fat part and I told to all my friends and the find the same
