Love this place every time I go....always got what I want n even come back out with the old favorites!!!!

Who doesnt like bath and body works. The fragrance are wonderful and they are always having sales. They are usually busy when I go in there but I never have to wait long to check out. Friendly helpful employees.

Am allergic to this place, love their products though, staff is constantly helpful. I do not like going there because it is always overcrowded, five stars because they earned it.

The staff seemed nice. But Honestly they ran a deal on candles. Buy 2 get 2 free. But what they fail to tell you is that those candles cost. $25.00 dollars a piece. Thats 50 bucks! In this current economy and with so many struggling to make ends meet. Why would you charge such outlandish prices and act like your giving consumers a Deal???????? I would not recommend shopping here unless they lower prices.

Candles are on sale, Fall selections are great, Staff always friendly and helpful.

When i walk into this store i instantly get put in a fantastic mood. If youre at the mall and feel gloomy, walk in here. You will walk out refreshed! best wall air freshners ever, i only buy theirs. Soap is strong and smells amazing and lotion is very very effective.

They drive you crazy asking to help you. If I need help I will ask for it. I just want to shop in peace!!!!

They had a sale 75% off lotion and shower gel.

Went here with my gf. My gf put black nail polish on my fingers didn’t think much of it until I heard 2 of the employees bashing me for wearing it saying “times are changing”. Won’t be coming here again they are not getting a dime from me.

It is expensive, duh. Thats not the issue. The issue is almost everyone came up to me and asked me if I needed help. If I need help Ill ask and yes I know they are doing their job, but they need to give me some space.

They have cool stuff here every smells so beautiful and good items there to choice from.

I love going here even if I dont purchase anything. The smells are wonderful and its exciting to see the new items and the new fragrances that they came out with. You can bet that this is a favorite place of mine!

I love product I do not like how every time you turn around someones trying to help! I literally had 5 girls ask me if I needed help, even after saying politely Im just looking 5 times! If I need help I will come to you! I know they are salesman but come on!! I at one point got so upset I wanted to walkout and leave! I think Ill just go online next time!

It is ridiculous for them to rewire a mask to enter. There were far more people walking and sitting in the mall, without masks, than those inside the store. I chose not to enter.

For my first time having to call customer service, Im here to say it sucks. I waited 15 minutes on the phone to talk to them which I didnt mind, I understand their call volume is high. However, after waiting 15 minutes on the phone I wouldve appreciated someone a little nicer. It takes zero effort to be a decent human. I had a simple question and it didnt involve a snotty and rude response. Considering the amount of money I spend with them, I would expect better customer service.

My go to for body sprays! I absolutely love this store and is one of the few reasons I make a trip to the mall... Everything in this store is great and good quality! Your bound to find a scent that you love! Everytime I go in I leave with at least 3 items!

It is FALL FRAGRANCE SEASON! I love all of the fall-winter collections. Just be sure to stock up on anything you realy like because the fragrances come and go quickly. Check out the aroma therapy scents too. The Sleep black chamomile is crazy good, and gender neutral.

5 stars if they would carry more mens products.

Stuff is nice, yeah. Give your staff though an attitude adjustment when it comes to telling people to “move out of the way“. I can’t type tone so clearly I wouldn’t be writing a review if it didn’t infuriate me. I know it doesn’t matter to you, but myself as well as my family will not be returning to this store. We are just a few of a thousand daily, but seriously. Get it together with customer service. Find a different location if you cannot comfortably serve people at the checkout counter.
