Executive Coach Builders is a great place to get customized vehicles. They pay attention to details and the customer service is topnotch.The company has really beautiful vehicle designs that suit every taste. Highly recommended.

Called them about 30 days ago asked to talk to sales about a New Sprinter Limo, started talking to a salesman and in the back ground I hear a voice that says Hi Jeff and I said who is that and to my surprise it was an old industry friend Rick Fugitt that had sold me several Krystals and now works for ECB. Spoke with Rick for a while and next thing I know I planned a trip to the plant to see their latest builds in process, Rick took me thru the plant form start to finish. We sat in a New Sprinter build that was just completed for another customer and placed my order for mine, I requested a few changes for my build and they were happy to make those changes. 3 weeks later I am on my way back down to pick up my new unit and it was everything I had asked for, the company sent me pictures of the build every few days so I could see the progress and responded to every question I had. I would highly recommend this builder. Thanks ECB

Calls for customer support and sales need to be monitored. Ive never forgotten my call with Mr. Koehl, and I never will. Extremely dissatisfied. Ive dealt with too much embarrassment and hardship over them. If you want to look like a fool to your associates, and be harassed while doing it, then check them out. Theyre great for people with lots of surplus cash. If your organization has any kind if sensible budget, then look elsewhere.

Top of line in limousine, they create your imagination, anything youre looking for or want.

I was given a tour by a long time employee. The place is clean and organized and they build some outstanding vehicles. Management and sales work closely with techs and it shows. Lots of jobs furnished by these folks.

I had the most absolute worst experience Ive ever had and purchasing a vehicle or a bus from any company they will not honor your warranty and are too busy to answer the phone and answer your questions. If you looking to buy new bus or used bus do not buy from them ......Multiple issuesWhen I 1st received delivery of the bus was completely dirty look like it had just came from the production line & no gas in it and also had too drive the driver Who brought the bus to me to the airport and would not leave me a temp tag too drive and had too drive bus for a week and half with no tag ... 😡my AC stop working in the back they refused to to honor the warranty.Buyer Beware !!!!!

Having all kinds of issues with my new unit getting very poor support. I have left numerous messages for both the owner David as well as his sales manager Tom which have all been consistently ignored. My sales rep Tom in NJ can only apologize on behalf of the management of the company and is frustrated along with me.Caution if your considering this Brand.

I’ve been buying vehicles from Executive Coach Builders since 2007, and now I’m in a situation where I need service of their warranty department, but they are not helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get in hold of someone for a week, and my vehicle has been in dealership for a week already, but no assistance received from warranty department. In fact every time I need something from their warranty department it takes days and days. When you call them you always talk to answer machine, the guy Scott who is responsible for that never answers the phone, never at his desk. I think I’m done with them, next time I will try Royal.

Awful place to work for several reasons. The management is dishonest. The wages are extremely low for the type of work that I was hired for. Hostile work environment, lack of necessary tools and materials, complete lack of integrity. This was a complete waste of time and energy. The products they produce are shoddy at best. They try to make it look nice to sell, other than that, the limos are patched together with Bondo and sheet metal by people with no formal training, and often have a list of problems. Buyer beware, potential employees dont even bother

Absolutely the worst new limo bus I have ever purchased. Huge issues from day one and absolutely no customer service. The owner David could not have cared less. Purchased a brand new 2016 F550 Limo Bus & had nothing but problems with it for months. It was literally raining inside the bus & water was dripping down the walls.

If you want top-notch, quality work, then this is the place to get it done.

I will say I have received multiple emails from ECB about limousines for sale. I have emailed back with questions and they do not respond, at all! I am looking to purchase a new limo as the one I had purchased previously from ECB has served me very well. I did not have issues 7 years ago with my purchase or the warranty meeting my needs. Customer service is very important. Seems like they might need to hire a bit more help. Not sure now, after reading the reviews, if I will purchase from ECB or look elsewhere. I have had the same horrible issues with LGE. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Great people great local Pride buy American!

I bought a new limo from them(3 stars, just ok) and await another that was promised to be finished 1st week of May. They are late and full of excuses. Salesmen at this company do not express the truth 100% and the owner is no better.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible.....customer service is abhorrent. The warranty department is utterly unresponsive and indifferent to complaints. I have been calling for several days, hours at a time, just to obtain a telephone number for their parts supplier. Will not be using their service again, and would advise everyone to stay away.
