Arnold came out today and fixed my power chair. I was very worried because my chair wouldnt hold power and Arnold came out and took a lot of time to diagnose the problem. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He is excellent at his job and very personable.
I really appreciate the way I was treated by these professionals. I have used their skills with platform lifts in the home and their Bruno Joey wheel chair and scooter lift for my van. This team is professional all the way.
This has been a long time in coming.....about a year! My lift got stuck in the up position which wouldnt let me get out of the van. I looked up mobility places near me and wound up at Personal Mobility. After talking with Gerry he said to call when I got there ~ he had his tech guy come out to the van and they were able to fix the problem and get me on the road again. Thank you so much for helping me out.
The people here are terrific! Donna sold me on the Personal Mobility. Clint was able to get a stairlift for me quick. Mark installed it in 2hours then taught me how to use it. Id go to these guys again Im a NY second!

Spent 26,000 on a new chair and Aquila cushion in October of 2018. The cushion fails so I call Personal Mobility to schedule an appointment. Between the first call and when the scheduler can get at it is over a month. Totally unacceptable. If you really care about your customers, give me call. Being a paraplegic the cushion is your top priority. So yes Personal Mobility I called Aquila myself to resolve the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Beware !!!They are scammers.Went in for a door that wouldnt work they took a stock dodge door cable worth $25 added 2 wires botched the job charged $700 had terrible problems with it. Had to go back 4 times terrible service. Had a few other experiences with them and another cable replacement another $700 stay away. I now drive 100 miles to Breeze Illinois for repairs.
