Zero stars would have been better. Being rude and unwilling to help when a customer asks you a question? Let’s give an attitude to a parent who has their child there then the parent gets to explain that he was just in a bad mood but that’s not how you treat people is kind of sad 🙄🙄

One of the worst experiences ever with pick up orders. When I went to pick up my item they said a company called Point Pickup already picked up my item and is on the way to my house. It was never received and GameStop workers say they are not liable once it leaves its facilities yet they passed on my item when it was not supposed to be! Iv contacted multiple people to no avail. Customer service needs so much help! I do not recommend

Somehow my switch bundle went from 350 to 450 then I was enrolled in power up rewards with only being told at the end of the sale and the switch I asked for which I asked for a launch model wasn’t even a launch model not the best felt tricked into spending more and didn’t get what I asked for

The store is a bit slower nowadays. But the friendly employees help me with all my questions and preferences. A great place that I love to go to!

Hey great guy working the night shifts

Didnt find the gaming system I wanted, as everyone took them due to covid. Son has fun looking through their stuff.

There were two people working and the phones were ringing off the hook which is understandable but when one person was doing all the work i think he was new, the other was on the phone with his girlfriend. I was looking to spend like $700 dollars ( the ps4 and vr) but he was too busy talking to his gf to help(he actually told me to go amazon instead) so i left. Very bad customer service

Helpful staff. Greeted at the door. Pointed me to games i was looking for. Quick check out and really engaged the customer. I witnessed an exchange between the clerk and an 8 yr old boy. The boy was so excited for his new game, he couldnt stop telling the clerk how much he loved the last one the clerk helped him pick out. Not too many sales associates care that much about what they do anymore. This guy was aces.

This particular Gamestop goes above and beyond to help the customer, I had quite a weird problem and the manager (mike) went out of his way to assist me. With out a doubt my new Gamestop to shop at in our area.

The system is outdated, when i went in person the prices were all wrong, when I called to make sure before driving over to store and wasting my time the guy put me on hold and forgot about me, then i call back And no one picks up.

Good prices to buy used games ect. However, horrible prices when you sell your products to gamestop. I dont recommend selling them your stuff. Other than that, its a good place to shop.

Short on stock due to virus

Gamestop at Haymarket Square loved it! The young man with the blonde highlights was cheerful, courteous, and just wonderful. He was great and no Im not being held at gun point bahahaha. No seriously great customer service!!!!

My son loves that place is just right around the corner from where we live so its very convenient for him to get all his video games and its very nice there and people are very nice

I get all my games from here and always have what I want. But very under staffed. Which at times becomes a problem

GameStop should concentrate more on each customer instead of conversation with 1 customer when theres 5 people behind the counter and a line going out the door and speaking of space they should double the amount of size in these stores
