Best shoe store at the mall

I was charged twice for the same item. Bought whole family matching shoes now $1200 was withdrawn from my account. And the said the need to look into. Might take a couple weeks. Smh

I feel like customer service is not really a priority for this store or the store manager. The impression Ive picked up on countless times over the past couple years is that they dont really care and you as a customer are somewhat of an annoyance to them. Eventually Mall based shoe stores will be a thing of the past so maybe they realize that already?

Literally took an hour to check out 2 people ahead of me in line with multiple people working and 1 register open

Great customer service I walked in at 8:59 pm exactly one minute before the store closed and the employees helped me out no problem. I eventually left around 9:15pn after trying on multiple shirts and pants and shoes and purchased me things and was given multiple “have a goodnigh” by all the associates. Will definitely spend my time and money there more often!!!

I shop at Champs at least 3 times a year for my teenage grandson. We compare shop with other stores in the Mall but Always end up buying from Champs. Their prices are usually better and they have the best selection. They have a very good return policy, and my grandson is always able to find the shoes he needs for the sports he plays in school, and in the size he needs.

They were awesome in helping me find theJordans I wanted for my son. The staff really understood that I wanted something different from the norm and worked with me to find them. Thanks

Too pricey

Kind of a busy day for this store. We talked to 3 separate employees before we got helped. We were asking for a size and when he scanned it he simply said nope dont have it and walked away. Another employee told us that maybe another store will have a similar design. After walking and looking at two different stores an employee from a different store informed us that the shoe could have been ordered at Champs. Hmmm, we walked back to Champs and asked to order the shoes and inquired about ordering the same employee jumped in with they have the same system they could have ordered it too if we would have been offered the service to begin with we wouldnt have wasted our time. Poor customer service. No thank you.

There prices of cool shoes outdo almost ever store in America because of there 5 star staff and 5 star prices.

Tons of employees, not one ask to help me. Even after ten minutes plus. Dont carry under armour anymore I guess, would have asked but employees too busy taking to each other.

Was looking for nike air force ones in a 5c for my nephews first birthday so I asked one of the associates there if he could see if they had it, before he even scanned he muttered who buys a one year old white shoes. Um, me. But not from here. Wont be back

Went there to replace some shoes I just bought this year but you didnt carry them anymore. But the service representative. was very friendly and helpful, Tring to find them online but they didnt have my colour

Ordered shoes my son. That process wasnt bad but the wait was long.

Wont be back to this location. Christmas shopping was horrible: too little inventory of popular shoes and, while there were plenty of employees working, only one on register and he apparently figured since he was being paid by the hour to be there, the customers could wait on him!
