Savy had a lot of difdernst assortment of tux’s, and colors. Was very helpful and got our tux’s corrected that was not measured by savvy. They got all the tuxes correct and fitted before the wedding.

Very satisfied with the service, Tanya and Amanda were awesome helping me get myself and my groomsmen looking great for my big day. I would highly recommend going through them for any occasion that you need to be dressed up.

Combine that with knowledge, patience, and the best listening skills, together with the outstanding selection and one of a kind rentals that you can find nowhere else. I had to order a tuxedo for a formal party at the last minute, and they fit me to a T, and was able to rent one right there at that moment, and walked out with it in my hand. We went to Savvi Formalwear for tuxes for our wedding. Amanda was so easy to work with and very accommodating. She guided us through the whole process and helped us pick out great tuxes that we are happy with. She price matched the tux rentals against other rental stores. We were so satisfied that we ended up purchasing our wedding invitations from her also. We had some issues with the invitation company, but Amanda smoothed the whole thing over. I had a GREAT experience with Savvi Formalwear in Springfield, IL! I had a huge wedding party and we had a total of 15 tuxes needed for the guys. Amanda helped us through the whole process and everything went so smoothly!! We also had guys coming from out of town for the wedding, and Amanda made it so easy for everyone to get their tuxes on time and return them easily after the wedding. One of my friends is getting married in September and she is now getting her tuxes through Savvi in Springfield because of my recommendation!

I do not recommend doing business with this company! They gave dishonest quotes for tuxes and invitations. They over charged us on everything we received from them. To top it off they messed up 6 out of 9 guys measurements for tuxes. The grooms complete attire down to the shoe size was incorrect! Our bridal party had to make numerous trips to the location to get everything corrected. We were still trying to get everything taken care of the day of the wedding! They had to run us the handkerchiefs on the day of the wedding because they were all the wrong color. This happened twice! So literally 10 minutes before my husband walked down the isle is when he received his handkerchief. In turn this caused a lot of inconvenience and stress. We all know how stressful planning a wedding can be, so we all know how awful it would feel to have additional stress brought upon you! We first tried dealing with the store directly for some kind of compensation, but this did not solve anything considering they conveniently didnt keep any of the quotes in our file. We contacted corporate thinking they would be concerned and help out our situation. Unfortunately the gentleman was more concerned about proving they charged us correctly for everything, rather than focusing on our inadequate service and product received. And this is just the short version! If you dont want additional stress and want an honest company, dont go to Savvi Formalwear!!

I love it when I hear that my clients are using Savvi Formalwear of Springfield, IL as I know that they will have a great experience. Should they still need to line up formalwear, then they are the only formalwear store that I can confidently recommend.The manager there Amanda is great at what she does and makes sure that her staff shares the same desire for perfection. There are a great many details to each order and when something isnt quite right, they are quick to fix it as they have a huge warehouse in St. Louis, so ready access is never an issue.They dont take short cuts so neither should you!

Terrible, lying service!They stole $20 from me at a bridal show! Being a new bride they said if I paid $20 down I could hold the tuxes I thought I may want at the time but could change my mind. I went in today and the lady told me its non-refundable after they told me over and over it would be given back to me as long as I was a year out of my wedding date.She was rude and wouldnt speak besides reading what the paper work said which is not what was promised or advertised!Go other places!!!!!!
