I dont typically leave reviews. But, I really feel that Seno and their staff need a big THANK YOU!My wedding was a few weeks ago and most of my guys were not local. Ginny and the staff at Seno were there to help me with this from start to finish! They were able to assist a few of my guys in where to go to get fitted and even recommended places that were close to my guys that would fit them for free! I was a little nervous about what would happen if something didnt fit, considering the staff at Seno wasnt going to see most of my wedding party until the day before my wedding. However, Ginny and her staff made sure that they took the time to assist each and every one of my guys. Everything turned out amazing!So, thank you Seno Formal Wear and particularly the Springfield staff for making my wedding day the most memoriable event of my life!
Worst staff ever. Rude, not helpful at all, dirty. The white shirts were filthy. Was told there was no bathroom. I cannot believe they are still in business. I suggest you go somewhere else. No class!
Bad experience all around. Staff wasnt very friendly first time around. Sized incorrectly twice. Would not recommend this location.
Uuuuuuuuugh...I want to be nice. The lady that completed my measurements was friendly and attentive. The store is like all the rest, nothing that stands out good or bad. BUT!!!! They are really demanding about things that I really do not think they need to be. The were super pushy about a second contact number, which I declined until my friend stepped in to give his. Really, I gave them my cell number which is the way to reach me. I am NOT giving my work number. Heck no to that. It is a business number. You would think another business would understand. But that is not the worst. They were demanding my drivers license number as well. I declined on this and they were still pushing. I finally told them I did not have it, but they insisted I have it when I go in for my final fitting. We will see what happens because I am not aware of any reason i should have to provide this information. I paid in full with my Debit Card. That should suffice. Seriously, they desperately need to improve their customer service in this regard. My personal privacy is important and they should respect that.
Showed up a few days before event for final fitting everything seemed fine. Well come to find out multiple people who rented from this company including my self received the wrong color vest and others recieved the wrong style tie ....they agreed to fix that no discount offered or an apology. Came back to seno the day of event and received wrong formal wear for the second time again no discount offered or an apology.
Walked in to pick up tux for daughters wedding First thing out of their mouth was how much I owed them. I asked if I could try it on to make sure it fit. They say I guess we could come back to that. Shirt was to small and filthy They had no replacement Vest was to short after I told them I was long waisted. They offered no discount just told me I can pick up replacements at 10 am the day if wedding. Horrible customer service
This past Sunday I attended the Bridal Expo at the BOS Center with my future daughter-in-law. Every vendor, except SENO FORMAL WEAR, was kind and professional and understanding that this expo could be quite overwhelming for a bride-to-be. I am appalled with how your company presented itself. Whoever the woman was, goating future brides into her deal that may or may not be available next year should be ashamed of herself. Your main focus should be the brides....getting them comfortable enough to EARN their business, not scare them away with your theatrics of a sales pitch. If I could give zero stars, you can bet your sweet bippy I would. So incredibly disappointed.
No complaints. Everything fit and available on time.
