Amaizing place! The guy, was a littledryI ask for a breakfast sandwich,but I didnt get egg in the sandwich,they ran out. Boomer!!Everything was delicious.

Lovely staff and nice shady outdoor seating by a gorgeous mural. I ordered the mochachino (assuming I should get a mocha menu item) and it wasnt great. I am a latte drinker but this one, while sweet, was overly bitter and strong. Doesnt seem to be made properly. The homemade baklava was tasty! I probably wont be back.

Great place to go and experiment with coffee flavors I enjoy visiting and grinding my coffee beans to create my own flavors ..very neat and professional business good for a coffee date or what not

Was dying to try this place because it had such praise spoken about it, but I didnt find it as dynamic as most people did.I had some kind of iced mocha latte that I didnt like.This coffee shop has a great look to it, and I probably will go back to try something else eventually.If youre downtown a lot (Im not) and its convenient for you, then thats great, youll most likely find something you like.But I definitely wont go out of my way when other places are so much more accessible, taste good and cost less.

My experience was not good. The cashier put my sandwich directly on the counter even though it was wrapped in paper, I thought it was an unsafe practice due to covid. I asked for a plate and he gave me one that was dirty. My coffee didnt have a lid on it. On top of it all the cashier kept trying to over hear my conversation. I will never go back.

The how is via the various coffee options you can have ground up so itll be in your cup plus they can also adjust your coffee in case you like your coffee a certain way. Extra notes they do have cakes/soda/tea/chocolate etc. in case youre in a rush and also prices for their stuff is reasonable and if you use a card they got it so you can have your receipt emailed or printed.

Awesome coffee/chocolate shop. Just happened to find it while traveling. Really nice interior with a cool vibe. Coffee was spot on and service was excellent. I wish I had a place like this near me.

My daughter and I made a random stop here in search of chocolate. What a great place! Polite staff, clean, great decor, ample seating and cozy. We had a unreal slice of chocolate/chocolate/chocolate cake and I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee. Economical in prices, great portion of cake and great locals.

Very clean shop! Employees were kind and so many options to pick from the menu. Delicious smoothies and muffins to go with them. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience but a little strange..customer service is in need of some help here. I called to get their hours and the person just answered hello? and the hours given were completely different than some I had found online (I called because theres 3 listed online). Then when we got there the man at the counter was on his phone and did not greet us or ask us if we needed help the entire time we were there. Otherwise the coffee beans I got from there are very good! Theres a decent selection of beans and they can be ground for you on-site if you wish.

Great customer service! Their menu has so many choices for snacks and beverages (including smoothies). My power breakfast is: hot tea, kebbe, humus, and fresh fruit. They also have great items for gifts!

Really good coffee - mine was maple nut. We didn’t purchase anything else, but there is a huge selection of coffee beans from all over the world. They also have many beautiful tea cups and pots as well as coffee presses and the like for sale.

This is my second time visiting this coffee shop. Both times ive gotten a vanilla chai. They are amazing. I like the atmosphere when i walk in all the way till i leave. Today was anither great expierence i have recommended this place to my friend. The barista was very sweet.

Fabulous place to convene and enjoy the best coffees and teas. Of course, I love the desserts and, occasionally, a sandwich, too. Upscale fare with down-home prices. One of Springfields best establishments!

Mediocre at best. Lame atmosphere. Teas are stale. Coffee meh. Im not sure what this place is trying to be. Nice owner, but...while Im all for supporting local business, I recommend playing it safe and sticking to Starbucks or Dunkin

Step into the back room for a short escape into history. Yes, it is small, and yes they sell memorabilia, but the collection of photos, artifacts and reproductions from the Titanic cant be beat around here. This isnt meant to be a Disney reproduction. It is the soul of the Society that puts its efforts into memorialize the people lost on the voyage.

Excellent & highly recommended! Im a latte drinker with many needs (decaf, non-dairy, low sugar, iced). They make it perfectly every time I go there. I really appreciate how he customizes the pull on the espresso. Skip Dunkies and go for the Mocha Emporium.

I’m was a startbuck loyal customer until I tried Mocha emporium cafe shop. Reason for giving it a 5 star is great customer service, top coffee quality in much better price than Starbucks and a very friendly and clean environment.

If you Love chocolate anything, as I do! I would def recommend try their chocolate muffin. Like OMG to die for.

Ive been before and their cakes were tasty, but today it was pretty dry and tasted a little stale with no options of flavors.
