I experienced horrible customer service today cashier was rude and double charged my card twice I just got off the phone with someone with customer service who was equally rude and gave me an attitude Like I was supposed to call and question about my money I would give casero stars if I could

I just visited this location, 11/8/20 @ 2pm. The clerk, Lamar, was extremely rude. Not one word was spoken, no welcome to Pride, no hello, no thank you; even though I said hello, thank you and have a good day. I couldnt help but feel very uncomfortable with extreme racial tension. He IS NOT a good representative of what Pride strives to have represent their name.

Excellent customer service by Ashley the cashier, friendly, polite, and solicitous, even with a busy store. She was very friendly and courteous in assisting my daughter and me with the milkshake machine, and finding things around the store. Went out of her way to offer me ice for my iced coffee because the soda machine ice machine was temporarily out of order. She said hello when we arrived and wished us a good day when we were leaving.

A few days ago I went into this usually professional store! I came in and was greeted “welcome to pride” as I always do but the cashiers were just nasty and talking about customers while they were leaving the store one cashier name melisa you need to let your employees know to stay professional at all times! I wonder if they said things about me to when i was leaving

Clean store, Polite staff. Came into this store in the middle of the night and this morning the cashiers were both very welcoming, proper and store looked very clean. Thumbs up!!

Today I went to the pride station to make a purchase. When I entered the store I was told I could not enter with out a mask. I said do you sell mask? The person behind the counter behind a plexiglass shield wearing a mask stated that they DO sell masks. I asked to purchase the mask. Again the person behind the counter wearing a mask behind a plexiglass shield stated I could not enter without a mask. I stated if I can not purchase a mask so I could enter the store with a mask to make my purchase this makes no logical sence. Talk about a catch 22!!! It appears you do not want to conduct business.

Its frustrating to stop off the highway for the sole purpose of changing your childs diaper only to find no baby changing station in the public restroom. There wasnt even a trash can in either the womens or mens restroom. My husband also told me that someone had clearly stolen merchandise as there was packaging left right in the sink, due to the lack of a trash can. The franchise owner should consider installing a changing station as a common courtesy to their customers as Im sure Im not the only person who has brought their child in for a diaper change and was left to figure something else out. They may also want to consider holding their employees accountable for making sure something as basic as a trash can is available in the one place you expect one to be.

The woman who works nights is horribly rude and mean!! Do not do business at this Pride

Subway staff is very punctual and operate in a very professional mannered and are very full of energy. All my big orders. You have very good staff.

Mean staff members. Sorry to give 1 star but please give your staff some training on “how to treat People and Customers!”

The lady that starts at 10pm is terrible at customer service. The date was the 3rd of January. Short Spanish lady a bit in the chubby side. She should work where she does not interact with people

Staff is very friendly. Can be a little tough to get out of the parking lot because it is on a busy corner.
