Every time we go they are always so hospitable, weve made time out of our walk and budget numerous times just for the atmosphere. The best drinks Ive had there were the ones Id ask them to surprise me with, and their butter beer frappe of course. If your looking for a pick me up, or just spreading your horizons; I would definitely advise coming here.
Visited as part of the Springfield Coffee tour. A fun experience tasting the various options. We enjoyed the tasted marshmallow drink so much we got two to-go. The vanilla cold brew was good. It would be my suggestion for a warmer day treat.Downtowns have a great option for coffee that is local and much better than the main chains
Great spot for coffee, they do alot of specials that are really good. Tried the butterbeer and loved it
Had a Butterbear coffee drink here and it was one of the best cold coffee drinks Ive ever had. Good pricing and presentation. More people need to give this place a shot.
As someone from the pacific northwest, I wanted to give them a chance. While the cold brew beverage my partner recieved was in fair order. My hot espresso was served in a small plastic cup. Hot beverage in plastic cup not only releases the toxic chemicals in the plastic but also makes but makes for a not so tasty experience. I looked on the cup and it wasnt BPA free either :/. Did not drink. Would consider updating review with that change. Also watch your step. Hit my toenail pretty hard wearing sandals on way in. The signage could be more clear or a small ramp would help.
I run almost everyone morning and when I do, I’ll usually stop here to get ONE cup of water before running again. The past times I’ve done this, the people have been very nice to get me one cup of water and I drink it and leave. This time, there was a older lady there with white hair. Before I even ask, she already looks like she’s gonna be trouble. I asked for a cup of water and she said “it’s gonna be 50 cents.” I inform her that I’ve been running the past couple of days and no ones ever asked me to pay. I’m not tripping about the 50 cents, I’m just saying if they would’ve said it the first time I would’ve started bringing my card with me on my runs. She’s not being rude or anything but the lady before me said “I’ll spot you 50 cents!” Super nice lady, very appreciated, but then the barista says “no I don’t want you to pay for his” and pushes her money away and gives me the water. “Next time, it’ll be 50 cents.” I think it was a really weird situation that she wouldn’t take the other lady’s money when she wanted to help me. I don’t want to make it a race thing but the nice lady was white and I am a black male. It just made me feel uncomfortable how to barista was behaving.
I love the coffee here and the great service and it is better than Starbucks
Nice stop downtown, little more expensive than I like with nothing standing out about my latte. Only one visit so far, but Ill give it another go some time.
I love this coffee shop!!!! The staff is all amazing. So far everything Ive tried is so good! The building location is convenient for downtown, and they are extremely clean, and wearing masks. Love this place!
We went there wanting to see an old high school friend. Just had the coffee, of course it was excellent. Service was above average. Worth going to and we will go back.
Great coffee, friendly owner, plus theyre dog friendly! Favorite coffee shop in town.
The coffee is alright. I feel like Ive had better flavor. The service was good. Prompt. Kind. The price is fair. Id say a little less than what you pay at Starbucks. The environment is cozy. I sat and talked with friends for almost 2 hours without feeling uncomfortable. Id go there again.
Excellent food had the bacon Kesha & small mocha !Fantastic customer service, first time in, I’ll be back!
My husband had the cinnamon sugar latte. He liked it a lot. I had the cinnamon chai. Really good. The lady behind the counter is a sweet person. Thank you.
Perfection. My excellent quiche, and my salted moca coffee made my day. My favorite coffee home in Springfield
In all my hours of doing homework and working remotely out of coffee shops, Ive never been to one that would try to kick me or my loved ones out for not ordering anything within an hour and using the wifi. When I used to work as a barista in college, I was never instructed to do so; wed let people use the space freely and people would buy things without being prodded. Im visiting from out of town. Is this just a Springfield thing? A Seattle thing?I was raving about how neat of a spot it was this morning when I walked over to get something to wake up and wanted to come back and come by later to finish out my work. What a shame.
The service was fast and pastries were good. Coffee was a little disappointing, but good overall.
Great coffee, great people, great location!
I wouldnt recommend any sort of milk based drink if you are into coffee at all. They use an all in one automated machine that pumps out very mediocre results. If youre downtown and want good coffee there are multiple better options within very easy walking distance(Coffee Ethic, Kingdom Coffee etc)
Great coffee personable employees plus its dog friendly!
Love that SGF got the first Seattle Roast retail location in the country! Very friendly woman at the counter. Quality coffee - I was able to drink it black! And tasty apricot scone.
I really like the atmosphere here, the drinks are pretty good and well priced
Delicious coffee, great ambiance and super friendly owner/employee! Love it, my new go-to coffee joint in downtown Springfield . 💓💓💓
