I was very satisfied with his service. He tried everything he could think of and was able to solve my problem in a good amount of time too.

He worked really hard on diagnosing my PC. He was very thorough and was able to set me in the right path toward fixing a pretty complicated issue. I would definitely recommend him and will go there first for any future computer problems.

It only took only a day for my laptops issue to be fixed. Even though it was a much more difficult job than than originally expected because of the model, Kenny did not charge me any extra. He is honest, hard-working, and definitely qualified. If you are nearby (and maybe even if you are not), I think he should be your first choice.

After I got the Blue Screen of Death, I called Ken and he got me right in. He ran some diagnostic tools and was able to get my PC up and running while I waited. I didnt lose a single file, and considering I had nearly 8 terabytes of data, I was thrilled with his service. I recommend this company for anyone who may be experiencing a problem with their computer.

Needed a quick fix for my daughters computer and this gentleman fixed it and it was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Would recommend him to anyone with computer issues!

My wifes spilled soda (and other suff) on her Alienware laptop. Keyboard was sticking, and one of the fans was making a horrible noise. Now of course this happened once it was out of warranty. So Kenny was able to get me a lead on the parts, cleaned the inside, and once the parts arrived, got it all together. This guy is a gem in a field where everyone takes advantage. (BTW, Dell & Alienware warranty service requires two weeks & diagnosis time just to start the process.) Kenny was done in a fraction of that time.

This guy knows literally any issue with your computer. Not only did he fix my build issues, he also gave me free screws/standoffs to help keep my PC maintained and actually walked me through how to keep things working! So I walked out with a working PC and more knowledge of the computer, how could that be a bad deal? 5/5 recommend.

Sherman Dean...This guy is awesome hes a real computer guy unalike like other guys.I thought Springfield lost the few computer guy they had but it didnt. if you have a repair kenny can fix it. This man put the k in knowledge when it comes to computers. he knows them inside out and can tell you whats wrong within seconds of seeing your machine and he is great at lessons. i can now swap out my own hard drives and memory . this gentleman loves to barter and has great prices..

I found that the service was quick, the repair was excellent and the price was reasonable. My Hp Notebook is faster both on and off line. They are professional, honest and very up to date with computers. I followed him from the old location 1335 N. Limestone St. to 2803 Troy Road on St.Route 41. Anytime I need a new computer or in need of computer repair, Kenny is my first choice. I always feel he should have a coffee shop with his computer shop because he is very interesting to talk and comical and you tend to want to hang around and have a good conversation or debate with. He is extremely knowledgeable about computers and most of the time he already knows what the problem is just by what I tell him and he is able to fix the problem quickly. His prices are extremely reasonable and he seems to have everything I ever need including cords, mouses, adapters, etc. I highly recommend him.
