Tried their new entry into the Fried Chicken sandwich competition. The picture had a huge fried boneless breast on a buttery bun with fresh pickles. I got a cold shriveled little chicken on a burger bun no butter or pickles. Its not even in the running.

Good chicken, the guy will make it hot for you. All the sides were good besides the potatoes, a little stiff but okay....If you order corn as a side just make sure you specify cause you might get the deep fried corn on the cob like I did. Which was actually pretty damn good so it wasnt a big deal at all, we get it pretty much all the time now.The store its in is setup great. They cash checks and have a pretty good variety with things I havent seen in different shops.Owners are pretty cool as well. They recognize regulars and are friendly in general.

Always such a great experience dealing with Ron and the rest of the gang. They’re always willing to help the food is always cooked fresh at the moment. Good and friendly service. Chicken and wedges were ok. Mashed potatoes were pretty awful, and the gravy had a metallic or chemical taste; there was no way one could eat it and I have no idea what could make it taste that way.

The chicken is fine, kind of bland when compared to other offerings. The biscuits are good, but a little pricey compared to other places like Popeyes. The price definitely doesnt match the fact that the food doesnt really have a unique flavor profile to it.

First time going in there tonight got the family 12pc with Mac N Cheese and wedges! Everything was so good! The chicken was juicy and seasoned well and the biscuits were awesome too! Definitely will be going back. (I like it better than KFC)

We have gotten this chicken delivered twice from Dine in Deliver to our office in Holyoke. It is soooo good and the size of the pieces are very generous, especially for the price. Everyone wants Fried Chicken Friday once a month now. I think everything else is great (biscuits, cole slaw, wedges etc) too and I am fussy!

Went for lunch on a saturday at 12:30. They took all the chicken they had to make 4 platers for something and i was told i would have to wait 15 minutes... i guess in person paying customers dont matter much. First visit will be my only. Dont waste your time. Also, meals come with 3, yes three wedges ONLY.

###glamfam### its so weird I stumbled across this store cuz I smell chicken and I looked up and I seen the name Im like holy cow we have a Chesters Chicken here I need to get out more often so I was like I got to go in there and when I went in there I was amazed cuz it was like a mini mall with a restaurant and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on things that every girl would want but they have stuff for men and women they have a little bit of everything in there and their food is off the hook and theyre very nice and friendly their hands on a talk to you face-to-face and I will be visiting them again because I bought all the bags and stuff last time so now I got to go back in and get it again
