So I dropped in here and I actually thought this was a brand new store because I hadn’t really noticed it before but it is not a new store.So when you hit this place you’re going to think hey this is nice new clean very courteous well laid out.The clerk behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful well-kept professional.I think this might’ve been the first Rite Aid I’ve ever visited in my life and I got to say I’d give them a thumbs up.It’s really pretty much a convenience store with the pharmacy but after all I guess that is what you would expect when you look for a Rite Aid.

Pharmacy staff were very helpful and informative. They actually pick up the phone and show respect to their customers.Kate I think her name is was very attentive, concerned, an overall wonderful human being. I appreciated the work from the staff as well.

Pharmacy staff seem helpful and polite. Sometimes a little m9re attentive than others but I think they are pretty busy.

Listen Rite Aid Corp, I dont know if you know this, but I have gone to this Rite Aid for random things every now and then. But Randy, the guy I believe is the manager, has to be the most A+ customer service guy I have ever met. Many rite aids you walk into and sometimes wonder if anyone at all. But he is always there and is looking to be the most helpful. You ask what you need, and he finds it. All I am saying, is this guy needs to get the due credit because I bet you all dont know how awesome he is.

And that’s just because I can’t choose zero stars. First off, with everything going on, the pharmacy employees try to force you to come in the store to sit and wait for medicine. If you don’t you have to wait 3x longer. Which is ridiculous. Also the inside and outside of this store is very dirty. Def save your time and go to Walgreens across the street! Better employees and cleaner store 🥴

This is the worst store experience with a pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Just plain rude and Im spending my money. The employees think Im doing them a favor by waiting on me. I had a verbal altercation with one and was threatened in parking lot. Ill Never shop at rite aid again.

They always have the Heath products I need and at a decent price.

I love my rite aid pharmacy, i love my black female pharmacist, i loved paulette, the recently retired pharmacy tech but i have had a couple experiences with one particular pharmacist that has left a bad taste in my mouth...he is the younger male. one month he says my prescription wont go through until 4 days before, the next month it is 3 days and then this month, not until the day! i call and speak to another pharmacy tech and she says (3 days before it is due) yup, it went through. who the hell is this guy to decide whether or not i get my NON narcotic meds when my insurance will let it go through?! he is not a dr!, he is not MY dr. i do not appreciate being treated like i am a junky who is abusing her meds just because i try to get all my meds filled while i am there especially when i know they will go through. he needs to be fired!
