If I could give zero Stars I would give - 5 stars I paid $16 for a hard hat three weeks ago and that dial to tighten it down is broken and its $10 to get a new dial 3 weeks for 16 bucks and I called and told Chip about it and he said thats the first time hes heard of it and offered no refund or replacement nothing and I have my receipt I wont be buying anything from them anymore. I will go to Eugene & buy my next hard hat for $7:00 and its way better quality.. Bullfrog is Bull____!
