The staff here are super friendly and they always have the stock that I need.

Just made a substantial purchase and was treated very well. The staff had plenty of tine to assist me and several other customers at the same time. My visit was great. I WILL be returning in the near future.

Been in there a couple times. Each time Im watched like a criminal. Its very obvious that they watch you. Follow you around the store etc. Very rude. Will not be going back.

Man, the customer service here is terrible. I usually go to the Springfield Leather Company, but this Tandy place is much closer to my house. Nobody working there ever says hello. They stare at you as you aimlessly browse their overpriced selections, and when you ask for assistance, they act like theyre being bothered. Dont waste your time here. Go to SLC. Better prices, better people, better products, and even greater customer service.

I took my, 9 year old, son for a beginners lesson and the instructor was great. He was patient, attentive and gave vert clear and easy to understand instructions. We will go back again!!

Theyve got almost anything youll need for a project, and the staff can help you find anything with ease. Theyve also got scrap leather if youre looking for just some small pieces, and they gave me a free catalog and signed me up for their mailing list.

They were very helpful getting me started in the leather crafting hobby.

Very understaffed compared to Springfield Leather. They were friendly enough but I waited at the register for over 5 minutes for the clerk who was on the phone with another customer to cash out. Not sure if there were any other employees in the store or not, but they should have at least 2 in my opinion. Not only for customer service, but their safety as well. It is in Springfield after all.
