If I could give this place no Star I would I ordered a pair of pants for my son for school in August 2020 right before school started and here it is March 2021 almost the end of the school year, and finally getting some answers on where the order is. It was never put it and they lost the paper work for them. I suggest if you can find some where else to order what you need, and if you have to order anything through them keep all your paperwork and call them every week till you get your order. This was the first and will be my last time ever ordering anything through them.

Ordered two shirts for my grandsons football team. The front logo was crooked and the name on the back was off to the left. This was on both shirts. Sure hope the school doesnt use them for all their shirts.

Will not return. Staff friendly enough. Error on order on their part. No communication. Clean organized store.

I love the MacRay Company! These guys are top notch at everything they do! Jennifer at the front counter always knows what is going on and she goes the extra mile to get your idea into your finished product! I dont know how their price compares to other places that do what they do because Ive never had a reason to want to leave! If they are more expensive, the level of service and care you get is well worth the price difference!

When I visited last week, they were running low on the color and size that I needed (Id say Im middle range) and they helped to place an order. The company that I needed to order from can take 2 weeks to ship it, and the clerk let me know that up front. I was advised Id need my scrubs day 1 of my job the next day. Unfortunately what I wanted wouldnt arrive in time, and despite already having placed my order, they refunded my money in full, no questions asked, no fees. I really appreciated that!

Very unhappy that it took 7 WEEKS to receive 5 shirts! Some of the shirts were supposed to be fathers day gifts. No one called to keep me informed of the hold up. All they did was point fingers at others when I called. I will NEVER go back to this place!
