I love the new building and the customer service has been good so far. However the buyer for the store needs to be FIRED or HELPED. All the clothes tend to be for older women. Theres really not alot of clothes for young black women. I guess they changed their target market.

Nice selection & great prices!

Checkout process takes nearly an hour. An employee stands behind the 2 cashiers not helping but organizing hangers! No one is enforcing social distancing, I will only stop at Marshalls next time!

Horrible customer service. Nicole was the cashier and I asked about my layaway...was told it was probably put back. I said ok while she looked, paid for my things and said i wanted to buy another coat on and use $$ from prior to pay for. She kept arguing with me and I told her 3x I needed to get to Dr appt and couldnt wait much longer. After10-15 mins I said Im putting this coat back then...she rolled her eyes and yelled out U CANT DO THAT I told her to get stuffed and spoke to the manager about it on the way out!!!! Never treated so rudely there by a staff member !! I was in pain from standing there so long and had to go to the Dr. Appt. 😡

Store was nearly empty but I can see why! EVERYTHING is 50% off! Amazing sale! Staff was minding their business but that’s okay that’s what I like them to do while I shop. Lol.

Things are available at cheaper price. It gives the best rate for which the product can be sold. maximum varieties of stock are exhibited for sale

So I work next door and had ordered Grub Hub. There are only two stores within our building. They took my order and ate it. They knew that nobody with my name worked there and yet still ate it. When I confronted them about it, they laughed. Super unprofessional and very upsetting. If thats the behavior they promote, they will not be getting my business any time soon.

Love this store. Visit it much more frequently now it has relocated. Great prices. Bought a super warm fur trimmed parka during January cold snap. Paid $79 for it - major brand. Got it home and the tag from the original store was still on it for $429. Great bargain.

Its like being at a humongous rummage sale when trying to view the clothing, which makes me sick, so I quickly browse through them because Im afraid to miss a deal. I then flee to the home department where I spend most of my time there. At times they have exciting items. Last but least before I walk out the door I check out the discounted fragrances

The old Burlington is dead. The thrift store that remains has 90% of merchandise that is completely worthless. Most clothing destroys after first wash! Customer service is nonexistent. The checkout process is deliberately extremely time consuming. And you get hassled about returns. This store should be out of business. Dont throw away money looking for terrible Christmas gifts from this place! ................... 19 this year they updated the FAST process to make it even slower!! You have to give them an email that gets added to a list for them to sell. That doesnt get saved, which means you have to enter your entire email each purchase. This is not customer service!!

One of my favorite stores to shop for the kids. Clothes, shoes, underwear, socks. Theres much more to the store than just coats and clothes. Home decor is decently priced

Friendly employees, very helpful, great prices.

Went there yesterday as a first time customer. The young man working at the cashier counter greeted me immediately as I walked in. While the store was organized, it looked much like a clearance store. There were signs posted throughout the aisles that Burlington is scheduled to relocate. That may explain why some of the store looked vacant. Some merchandise may have already been sent to the new address. But since the store is still open, it may be a good idea to stop in and browse around. Some items are marked down to 40% off.

This is one of my regular stores I go here all the time theres good quality clothing at good prices.

The new building is nice. Normally name brand items at lower prices you just have to really search when you go in.

Great selection great place for baby furniture and clothes and name brand clothes and shoes!!! We will definitely be going back to buy more baby stuff and other things!!

Well organized. People were helpful and friendly. Prices are great.

I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the smell of mildew. While looking at clothing the employee on the sales floor greeted another lady but didnt bother to say anything to my husband or myself. The prices were outrageous for the crappy products they were selling.

Good selection. Didnt seen but one staff member and that was at check out. Staff member didnt ask us any questions.

Very disappointed. This use to be a good place to shop. High name brand tags on womens clothing but the material was horribly cheap, definitely fakes. Highly overpriced and low quality.
