Darrell and Gary just finished installing our new siding. It looks fantastic. We shopped around quite a bit and found Liberty to be the best value. Everything was handled great from the estimate to Brenda in the office. We are very pleased with the decision to use Liberty. I highly recommend.

We recently had Liberty Home Solutions into our home to replace a leaky walk in shower; the work they did was fantastic, all of the installers were efficient, courteous and professional, and everything was done exactly like we talked about initially, and in record time. No mess AT ALL to clean up after they were done! We love our new walk in shower!!

At the end of 2019 we decided we wanted new windows. After calling around and talking to a few companies we landed on Liberty Home Solutions. The owner came out and talked with us. It was a smooth process, and we love our windows. We had one issue come up, I called and they came right out to fix it. They stand behind their work and it shows. In 2020 we decided we wanted a new deck. We called several places and again chose to go with Liberty Home Solutions. Same thing the owner came out we explained our vision and now we have an outdoor space we love!! When they were supposed to come out and install, I got sick and had to have an emergency surgery. I reached out to them and they were very understanding and helped push it out until I was better. This is truly a great company. From Brenda who answers the phones and all of the many questions thrown at her, to Bob the owner, and everyone else we have come into contact with, it has been the best experience the whole way through, both times!! As a working mom, who is on the run constantly I needed it to be easy and to my expectations, and I got just that!!

We purchased a home in Joplin at the end of December, 2020, and Liberty remodeled out bathroom. They took out a claw foot tub and replaced it with a walk in shower. The work was great; the workers experienced and they enjoyed the same kind of music I do! Due to the horrible weather we had, the completion took a little longer than planned but was no fault of Liberty. I would do it again, in a heartbeat. My husband, however, is not very fond of remodeling and probably would fight me on that! So, they took out the tub, put in an acrylic surround, built a little wall to accommodate the shower, replaced the vanity, replaced the flooring, repositioned the toilet. Lots of work. It looks so good and is so much more workable that it feels like it was never different. Good job George, Brenda, Eric and the congenial finisher!!

I have had siding, a bath, a shower, windows and a patio cover installed by Liberty. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the quality of the products installed.

Liberty done a great job installing the vinyl siding on my house. The man that done the installation was very personable, hard working and finished the job the same day. Was not the type of worker that needed to be watched. He was self motivated and stayed on task until the task was finished. Will definitely be using them again as future projects come up.

Liberty Home Solutions installed 5 windows, a patio door and remodeled our master bathroom over 8 years ago. They did a great job and all their products have awesome warranties.We are now having them install a bay window and large picture window with casements. Everyone involved in my bathroom remodel very professional and courteous.From the lady in the office to the two installers. Sales staff knowledgeable but not pushy,and willing to do it the way I wanted and offered options other remodeling companies did not offer. It turned out very attractive.This is my second job they have done for me, seven years ago they did my windows in the same house, the windows still look great and work just as good day one.So pleased with Liberty I have hired them to install new sliding patio doors.

I would like to give this business a 5 star review. They did a complete remodel of our bathroom. The salesman that came to our house needed to be more informed about what they can do and more about the products they are selling. I wanted a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. When I asked about putting a heater in the jacuzzi tub I was told they dont make such a thing. I also showed him a small area in front of my vanity that I wanted retiled to match the bathroom tile, he told me they couldnt do that. I paid more than the required 1/2 down on the contract. I was very happy with the Installer and the tile man was awesome and said he would have no problem tiling in front of vanity as the installer for tub and shower had no problem with putting a heater in. When the tile man was finished that evening he gave us the amount still owed . Which I wrote the check out a gave to him. I heard nothing from the company for 2 months until they called and said I still owed 320.00 for the heater that the salesman said they dont make. Then I get another call and it went up to 520.00 still owed. That in part was due again to the tile that was said by salesman that couldnt be done. I have no problem paying for work that has been done but, no call asking if everything was done to my satisfaction and to wait 2 months without a word of any money still owed. I have 2 more bathrooms that I was considering have them remodel but I think I will be looking elsewhere.

Liberty Home Solutions built a composite deck and enclosed screen room for us. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and accommodating. The deck and screen room are perfect - exactly what we wanted! And the price was very reasonable. Thanks to the entire team!

Steve gave us an estimate of siding and windows no high pressure sales tactics. He told us there was going to be at least 12 weeks of waiting before our job was started but got it started much sooner than expected. Very satisfied with the quality .

The experience we had with Bob was second to none. This was not a “high” pressure sales pitch we recently experience with the competition. Best small business in Springfield! My wife and I had a complete renovation done on (2) bathrooms. Three years later the drain part of the master bathroom bathtub malfunctioned, leaving my wife, who has medical conditions, without a working bathtub.The owner was very understanding of her need for a bathtub instead of a shower, and gave her a temporary drain plug for use while the replacement part was put on order. Because the supplier took longer than expected, he paid for two nights at a hotel so that my wife could relax in a hot tub with jets. Liberty Home Solutions are a caring company, and responsive to the needs of their customers even after three years. We would highly recommend this company for any home renovation projects!

We needed an up-grade to our bathroom, it was an actually a compete remodel. They met with us, gave us a bid and a time line. They were one of three we met with. They were Amazing!!! The crew was professional, neat, clean, ethical, reasonable and punctual. If you are looking for a bathroom, windows or or a Sun Room, they are the first call I would make. We will be using them again in the future.

They changed 13 windows in my house. They were in at 9 am and out by 1:30 pm. They are a well oiled machine. Courteous and respectful of your home. The windows look great! I liked this company so much they are now going to do a semi remodel both of my bathrooms.

We got bids for enclosing our existing deck with a sunroom. We chose Liberty and it is always a good feeling when you know you made the right choice. The Liberty installers were outstanding. They were professional, hardworking and competent. They never left a mess and we almost hated to see them finish! The other thing I loved about Liberty is that they needed to come back and tweak one thing and they were right on it and seemed very concerned that everything be just right and that we were happy. That means a lot to us.

4 years ago, I was a first time home buyer, and totally overwhelmed on what needed to be done and who to use. Liberty was recommended to me by a friend. I ended up purchasing windows. Not only are they the BEST windows, but the installers came and left without a trace. So careful and cleaned up after themselves perfectly! After such a great experience, my mother also chose to purchase windows for her new home. She was just as impressed as I was. My next step was siding for my home, and Liberty came through and gave me the best bid. I am thrilled to have them working on my home again. I know I will love it and they will pay attention to the details so I dont have to. My next renovation will probably be a bathroom remodel, and I am sure I will be using Liberty, yet again. Couldnt ask for a better company to work with.

Liberty Home solutions replaced all the windows in my house, upstairs and down, with their top quality windows. They also re-sided the entire house. They did an outstanding job with lots of attention to detail!!!! But, I am super picky about details and expect perfection. I called and talked with Bob. I explained that right in the middle of the beautiful new 13ft picture window a seam is visible in the trim pieces, both top and bottom. It didnt bother my wife, but it did me. Bob explained that the guys probably did it that way because they dont have the machine to make one 13ft metal trim piece and it is customary to seam two pieces together. He then said that he too would expect that no seam were visible if it were his house. He said he would get back to me and to give him a couple of weeks. A week or so went by and he called to say he had found a way to hook two machines together and with an operator working in synchronization at both machines, 2 seamless 13ft trim pieces were made. They was then installed and the window now looks beautiful. I also found a couple of other little things that most people would probably not have noticed. They brought these items up to my expectations and did so willingly.These guys sell and install quality products to the satisfaction of their customers. For me, customer satisfaction is king!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Liberty to family and friends and have already.

I had a great experience with Bob and his crew. I was able to get my custom windows for my lake house without any problems. They coordinated a time for installation with my contractor and had them installed in one day without a single problem. I had a window broken during a storm and Bob got right on it and replaced the glass ASAP.These windows werent the cheapest we looked at but with the quality and service we got, they were the best value.

Had a bathroom remodeling and window replacement. Ive had the bath for over a year. Great workmanship and they have stood behind their guarantee and fixed any issues that have come up. Windows work and look fantastic. First they did 4 now I have them replacing 6 more. Great people to work with.

We did not have a good experience they left material in our yard gutters where not hung properly. We had to have come back out once and I have a call in how to cone back out to fix leak and gutter coming away from house.

I was lied to from the very beginning of the ordeal. I was told their specialty was kitchen and bathroom remodeling, when in fact our house was their very first kitchen remodel. I was then told that everyone they sent to my house would be an employee of the company, which turned out to be another lie. The cabinets installation was done by an unqualified subcontractor. I was also told that all the work would be done to MY satisfaction, but it was done to theirs. I would NOT recommend Liberty Home Solutions to anyone, not even to build even a dog house. I feel like they stole over $50,000 from me

I have used Libertys servives 4 times. They did a wonderful job converting my screened porch to a four seasons room. In three days!They took out my old molded fiberglass shower and made over the shower in one day!Liberty took the lead on a master bathroom makeover and it is a stunning room.When the squirrels started eating the siding ony second floor, Liberty repaired the damage and put on a beautiful shake siding.The products and workmanship is top notch. Warrentees and service is incomparable.Liberty is my renovation go to.

Just called and spoke with the operator about getting someone out to check the siding on my house to see if it needs replaced after the terrible storms that rolled through Rogersville last night. The operator says “That’s not a service we offer”. I then replied and said “You don’t replace siding”? The person seemed to be irritated I even called. I let her know I will be calling someone else.

They came out to our house this spring to replace our Soffits. The crew turned a 2-day job (that’s what we were told when quoted) into a 4-day job. Left cigarette butts and food scraps from their lunch in my backyard (I have small children, so this is a problem), I had to clean up after them. Next time I’m not even calling them for a quote.

My husband and I recently started an addition to our lake home. We were not happy with the windows the contractor showed us so after seeing a Liberty Home Solutions ad, we called Bob, and I am so thankful we did, not only did they showcase huge sliding windows that created an eight-foot windows that give us spanning views of the lake, but they also showed use how a geometric window above a new picture window created a great view in our kitchen. Bob and Steve were also great in helping us understand the value of energy inefficiency that our old entry doors and sliding doors were causing so they replaced them as well. Their team that did the installation was so impressive, they knocked out a huge job quickly and each day they cleaned up, I wish our contractor could have trained his people like this, it was just one of those great experiences where we hired a company that really took the time to understand what we wanted, how our home could benefit from their products and made a great recommendation on what we needed, and their price for clearly higher quality windows and doors was so not that much more than our contractors. We will be doing our bathrooms next, and Liberty is going to be a part of this as well. Couldnt recommend a better company, and they are local! Thanks again guys.

I would not recommend this company. They made two appointments to give me a bid on our rental property and called with excuses both times on why they could not make it. I drove 30 minutes out of my way each time to meet with them. This would have been a large job for them with siding and windows.

I would NOT recommend Liberty Home Solutions to anyone. They had 2 no shows and then they yelled at my wife on the phone for the telling them that they put the wrong window in.

Whoever answered the phone was the most unpleasant, cranky old lady. Zero help.
