I had a very tricky shower door job. Chris and his team came out on three separate occasions to make sure they got it just right. They discussed with me all options and gave me several to choose from. After installation I was amazed at how beautiful my shower turned out. Great experience! Had one of our living room windows get damaged and The Glass Guru had it repaired within a week. They had to order a new cartridge for the double pane window, it came in on a Friday and they installed it the following Monday. The crew at the Glass Guru was amazing to work with. They were punctual throughout the entire process, and they were also honest. After the recent winter storm came I noticed the glass in my patio doors were fogging up in the same manner as the window they were replacing. Instead of just reparing the doors and taking my money, they were honest and said it would be best to replace the door. They could have easily taken my money and ran but they did not. I was told by two large window companies I needed to purchase new windows. They were older, snd the crank parts are not manufactured anymore so if I wanted to open my window, they entire thing would need replaced. I was given a quote from a different company that ONE window was going to be $6500. Another one, $1900. Glass guru sent someone over that worked with my unflexable schedule. I ended up not giving him a dollar, because everything I needed I could purchase at a bog box store for $5 per window. Not only that, he continued to educate me on window care (who knew that was a thing even)! Not normal to find people in the service industry to spend 30 min educating you, not charging you and saying call if you need help! I highly recommend this company that still considers honesty and high values at the top of the list. 20/10 stars. Well done glass gurus on a great employee!!!

Great service and integrity. Jason from Glass Guru came out to look at 10 windows at a home Im renovating. I mistakenly called his company thinking they did window replacements. Jason explained quickly he doesnt replace windows but proceeded to explain in detail how I might solve my problem in a DIY fashion. For the 2 windows I do need to replace, he provided a contact he has worked with over the years. Many other businesses would have been quick to leave the situation upon realizing I wasnt a qualified customer, but he treated me right even though he wouldnt get paid for it and Ill remember it for a long time.

Glass Guru was recommended by another company that does replacement windows. I was hoping I could repair the current window without having to replace the entire window. Chris, the owner, came over in a very timely manner and gave me an honest and quality assessment of what was needed. Had come moisture between panes of windows. Replacement was going to run into the $1000s. Glass Guru was able to repair by replacing the glass only using existing frames and offered a 5-year warranty for much, much less.Two of the windows were a bit sticky in the frame after the repairs. Called them back. They were back out within one day and were able to fix the stick in 10 minutes with a small adjustment.Cannot recommend them enough.

Chris came out to my house today to give me a bid to repair my windows. He was right on time and was very professional. After looking at my windows and discussing options, he was the first to tell me that I would save money by just installing new windows vs having him repair them. They gave me a quote on the phone and i said 3 sides where straight and and one side was waves they raised the price 145% more after i get a ride up there. I refused to pay that much more after calling and giving them the exacta size. I understand its a quote and may run a little more or less but not 145% MORE!!

My family had a bird fly through an old window... We were totally unsure if we would be able to get it replaced because of the strange shape and how old it was. He took a look at our patio door with the frosted over window and said he wouldnt fix it because the door had some dry rot and I would just be throwing my money away. We contacted Glass Guru to replace the balancer for 1/4 of the cost of new windows and could not be happier with the results. Made spring more enjoyable with the windows open and safer for my kids in case of an emergency. Even found another issue while doing the work and repaired it on the spot. These people are FANTASTIC! We recently purchased a home in Springfield that has a beautiful arched, leaded glass window in the dining room (8 x 4). The double paned window outside of the leaded glass piece had fogged and crystalized. There was no way to repair it, so it had to be replaced. I called The Glass Guru and Chris (the owner) and his crew came out to look at the job. They ordered a new glass and came back with a crew of three to remove that 30 year old window. They tool extreme care to not disturb the beautiful leaded glass and their attention to detail was amazing. The owner called me at the beginning and at the end of the job to ensure it was all completely to our satisfaction. Working with these professionals was a pleasure and the end result is amazing. I was delighted when Cory could give me a “ballpark guesstimate” for glass inserts for my cabinet doors over the phone when I could not give him the actual measurements or the correct name of the glass style I wanted. He patiently worked with me and I felt he was eager to do so. A couple days later I dropped off my door frames and made my final glass selection. Again Cory was top notch with his customer service. I also met the owner, Chris, who is also very eager to please. Their pricing is spot on. I will recommend The Glass Guru to everyone needing any glass work. In the meantime several of the big name glass companies in town have yet to even return my calls requesting an estimate. If/when they do I’ll just let them know I’ve already been taken care of by the Glass Guru!

I had two arch windows that had become pretty foggy and just an eye sore. I contacted the Glass Guru to see what could be done about them. Chris showed up and explained what causes this type of issue, gave me a quote, and explained the process. After that we ran into some issues with the grid size for the arch windows, and Chris was quick to give me a call and explain the situation as well as offer a variety of solutions. When it was time to install the glass, the installation team had the old glass taken out and the new glass installed in about an hour and half. The installation team was courteous, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Since then weve contacted them about replacing a couple more regular windows that had the same issue. Overall Chris, Tucker, and the installers were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking at replacing some glass in their windows.
