Ive only been here once and even though they didnt have the part I needed, they called another place in town and found what I needed and sent me there. They went above what they needed to do to help me get my AC going again. Even though they didnt get the sale from me that day, I will go there for any other needs I may have.

I am not a professional. I first showed up at the wrong place; a kind man graciously walked outside with me and showed me where I needed to go. The customer service in the plumbing supply section was excellent. If he was annoyed or amused by my ignorance, he had the decency to hide it. It was a much more positive experience than Ive had at the Depot or similar places because of the personalized service I received.

Lots of items in stock, friendly people, but I cant possibly rate 5 stars for two reasons... 1) prices on some items are literally twice what youd pay for the exact same item on Amazon. I am happy to pay 20-30% more than Id pay online to have the item immediately, but paying 100% more is ridiculous, and 2) There is sometimes a long wait to have someone pull items from the warehouse. Last time I was there, it took nearly half an hour for someone to bring my items, and I was asked repeatedly What items are you waiting for?
