This used to be a great store where even smaller companies could get descent prices. The last time and I mean last time ever I bought wire from them I was charged $6.57 a ft for 4/0 SER, competing supply houses were $2.50 to $2.90, even Lowes was cheaper by almost half at $3.45 a foot. I call up and was told it has been that price for a year... bull! I even looked up another invoice from them from 3 months ago and it was under $3 for the same wire. I guess after 5 years I am no longer a valued customer and I will not be back again.

Staff is horrible!!!!! Don’t know the difference between home water pipe and sprinkler pipe. Sold me $200 worth of the wrong stuff and I even took a piece of what I needed in the store. Wouldnt even give me my money back when I returned it. Said I should have caught the mistake before I left. Lol. Worthless

Needed condenser fan motor on a Saturday and they got me all fixed up with a capacitor and a little advise to go with it. Up and running, whew...

Horrible experience. Dont go on Saturdays near closing or expect to get chewed out, then shooed out. I showed up with picture and model number of the part I needed with 5 minutes to spare. Before I could say anything i was told they HAD to lock the doors by noon or they would lose their bonus checks. They glanced at the pic and model number and said they didnt have it. And I would have to wait until Monday to get my furnace fixed as no one else in town who would have the part was open. I think it it is obsurd that employees bonus checks depend on the the exact time the doors are locked. This policy causes horrible customer experiences resulting in lost business. The only thing they seemed to have gotten right is the name because their supplies are locked up and no customer emergency is going to get them to keep their doors open a few minutes longer.

Needed a replacement Ballast. They had an exact one. Great price for it, too!

We went to purchase parts for and air conditioner and were told its illegal for them to sell to us since we were not licensed contractors. They, then, explained it is illegal to sell the gases, but their store policy was to not sell ANYTHING AC related, unless it was to a licensed contractor. Was our money not good enough and why are they open to the public? One employee told us it was illegal for the online store we purchased our AC unit from to sell it to us and said they could be fined around $27,000 and the person to turn the company in could get a reward of $10,000. He questioned if the unit was REALLY refurbished, as if we are idiots for blindly purchasing a unit from a company who is out of state and has a website. My husband explained he researched the company and they also had good reviews and the employee said almost all reviews are fake. This review is definitely NOT fake and we will never go to this store again.
