I have been a fan of BEE SEW INN since they came to Springfield.First visited their store at Chesterfield Village. followed them to the Battlefield Rd. location and absolutely LOVE the new store at 3046 S. Kimbrough Ave. in Springfield, Missouri.Magnificent Building. Great Staff. Awesome inventory.The only thing that would make it better is FABRIC One stop shopping!

This is a fabulous shop. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The space has beautiful light that showcases the amazing amount of thread in every color and fiber variety.

The store personnel are informed, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store displays are attractive and neat. Good prices and excellent terms for financing are offered. The store manager is willing to take time to explain terms and discuss any problems. All of the staff give the feeling of being there for your benefit and to assist however needed. The men assistants are most helpful with transporting heavy items. The new teacher, Lori, is excellent. The classes offered are informative, practical, and generally are free to customers who have purchased through the SGF store. I look forward to many years of working with this store and am most glad they are in Springfield.

Tried to do business with these folks. Bought a baby lock machine from the website. When it arrived we found that the description was inaccurate and was not what they said it was. We took it to the Springfield location 30 miles away. They replaced it with a machine that was obviously worn out. After three attempts and 300 miles they could not get the job done and pressured us to spend more money. They finally; after alot of song and dance, refunded our money. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have purchased two sewing machines in this store and the service has been top notch. Friendly and always willing to bend over backwards to help their customers.

This company cares about what they do and their customers! Would call them again for any sewing machine needs I have.

They have a nice store but moving soon and will have a great store due to increase in size for classroom! Lori is a new instructor and she is wonderful due to her knowledge of numerous topics, sewing, embroidery and cutters. Darla is also great as she goes out of her way to help you with machines.

I had my sewing machine repaired here. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by many friendly associates and directed to the service counter to leave my machine. The repairman came out and spoke with me and the work was done quickly and reasonably. I highly recommend this company.

The staff is knowledgeable and works on finding a machine that is fit for your needs. They dont pressure you to buy something that is not in your needs. They take the time to show you the abilities of the machines to see if its your fit. Also when you make a machine purchase they show you all the avenues of getting classes and support in learning your machine. I have never had the courtesy of the employees in buying a from a sewing machine store than I did here. I bought an expensive Pfaff years ago and got nothing as far as help from the store, big mistake on my part in purchasing. They make you feel appreciated at B-Sew Inn. Thank you ladies....cant wait to see the new store soon!!

I have always had a great experience when dealing with B-Sew Inn, Springfield, Missouri. Karen, Darla, Cindy have been especially helpful. Also, when attending my training classes, our trainer was superb!

Ive purchased 2 Babylock machines from this retailer. Not only are they extremely helpful, the customer service is top quality. They are friendly and considerate. They have machines for all budgets that are much better quality than other retailers. I plan to purchase future machines from B Sew Inn. I recommend this store to anyone in the Springfield area looking to buy sewing machines or sewing supplies (minus fabric).

There no words, i know of that conveys how the staff at Bee Sew Inn treated me Most praise, i give - Had trouble w/ machine ( newly purchased - lowest price they had ) (( All i could afford ))But they treated me and my new machine, like we were royalty. Got it fixed, THANK YOU Taught me about threads, cheap vs quality ( lesson well learned ).

I’ve bought a couple of machines at the Springfield B-Sew Inn and have had great customer service during the purchase that continued through. I’ve also taken classes at the Springfield location. They’re more than a store I visit...they’re my sewing family.

The store is beautiful. The staff is so nice. They have all your quilting and embroidery machines and threads. Can not wait to come back.

I have not been to the new location yet, but the customer service at the old store was fantastic so it should only be better at the new and bigger store. Love all my Babylocks!
