Bought from this store online, and the store shipped the order to the wrong person. I contacted them after receiving no updates on the tracked shipping, and the store gave me a full refund and sent out a different product that was similar just so i would not go without it. Super fun store love coming here with my little sister but was sad to see the hours were wrong on Google when we came on Monday. I work every other week so the limited hours are sad but I still give the store and workers themselves at 5/5. I cant wait until the mask requirement is lifted though.

This is a great place. At the time of writing you can rent one of a large selection of games for a week for $5. When you bring it back you can choose to purchase the game minus the rental fee. All the games are in great shape. Prices are competitive, please support local businesses.

Pre ordered a special edition of a D&D book, and didnt even have the stock for it. Thus, they canceled my order. I was willing to wait when you could get the stock for it, but I guess you guys dont want my business.

Great customer service! I ordered a couple games from their website, and the post office returned the package as undeliverable. I sent an email about it, and they reshipped the package the same day.

Find cheaper stuff online and the lego was dirty. Not worth it.

Great prices on games. They also rent board games. Legos for kids to play with while you browse. I shop here often.

This place is UNIQUE. They rent board games! One of the best ideas ever. Items are competitively priced with other local stores. The staff were knowledgeable about the games they sold, which is always a plus. The building is small and I didnt see a play area.

Great store friendly people

Very friendly staff, they were both helpful by describing games and making suggestions without being overbearing. Nice little store, very clean and organized. They have games for sale and games to rent. The rental is $10 for most games and $5 for smaller games. Rental is for 7 days. I will definitely be back!

This is my new go-to games store in Springfield. They are about board games, board games, board games. Also I should mention they are about board games. They are a small shop in person, although it seems like they can get you just about anything special order or through their online shop. Also importantly is the big comparison--price. And they do very well. Im not saying they will always have the lowest price, but of the games Ive considered their prices are lower or about the same as anything Ive found at the big online place that used to sell books. I live out of town so I havent yet tried the rental portion of their shop, but I love the concept & look forward to having some time off where I can rent a couple games for a week and see how they play. This isnt the biggest, flashiest store, but it is family friendly, their employees have played & can recommend almost any game for your taste, and hey, if a local business can offer these prices & that support they deserve all the customers they can handle.

Staff was super friendly, was able to give us a great insight into most of the games. The rental aspect is an amazing feature! Look forward to making this one of our first stops for games.

The rental concept is very cool. If you like the game, the cost of the rental goes towards the cost of the game afterwards. Very great idea to get me to try some newer games for a week to see if Id like them permanently.

I love being able to rent games! I rented a few and it really helped to play the games first before deciding to purchase in the future. The staff is very knowledgeable and great at recommending games for all occasions! Good selection of games as well.
