The best pool store in Springfield . I believe. All the sales people are so Acknowledgeable about everything to do with the pool. So nice, so experience so experienced and so friendly and so friendly. They say hello to they say hello to you when you come through the door not too many people not too many places do that anymore except for my except for my bank. I like them the best of all and I dont go anywhere else anymore

We went there because its open on Sunday which is great! We gathered up our items, headed to the one checkout place that was available, only one customer in front of us checking out, waited for 20+ freaking minutes. I dont know why the process was so slow. The conversation that was being carried on should have been taken care of in another area away from the register. In the meantime, customers who came in to the store after us were helped by associates of the store and checked out but no one seemed to care that we had been standing there waiting forever to purchase our products. The customer service here stinks.

Glad I went here. Staff was helpful and knew what they were doing. I was unhappy with my visit with a place we will call Weslies. Service was not good so I thought I would take a spin and check Midwest out. So glad I did!

We have been searching far and wide to find out who the manufacturer of our pool is, in order to replace a few parts on it (Vertical Top Caps, Outlet Gasket, etc). Local pool stores, other online companies, etc all SAID they would help out if we sent pictures, they even seemed to give us the right information, but didnt have the parts. So we found MW Pool and Spa, ordered the parts the other guys told us to, and they werent the right ones. MW Pool and Spa said, send us them back, send us pictures of your pool, etc. We did, they not only followed up with us when the return came back, but helped reorder the correct parts, and so FAST! My family will only use MW Pool and Spa, this is the type of customer service youre SUPPOSED to give, and has been such a lost art on most companies, thinking customers are a dime a dozen. Thank you so much for helping us, we need more industries to act like your staff has. Top notch professionals!

Their team can look us up in the system and see the records on the previous owners, which has been a life saver. We have even upgraded to a new wibterization process thanks to their team.Psst. Upgrade to glass from sand in your filter. You will be amazed at the results and how much easier it is to clean your filter.

Midwest Pool & Spa are FANTASTIC! We werent able to get a pool last year so we were soooo excited to be able to get our pool this spring. Let me tell you. They were great! I picked up the pool, Toby from Clearwater pools came to install the pool. Him and his son were phenomenal! They had it up and looking beautiful in no time! They cleaned everything up, they explained to me exactly what to do, and how the oxygen filter works. They were professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool!

I have ordered product from them a couple of times over the phone, and have found they always have the Doughboy parts I need. It is impressive that they offer such good customer service as an online retailer. I envy the locals that can just stop in and get such great service locally.On my most recent order, Jeff was very thorough in helping me get the correct replacement skimmer for my pool...and even texted pictures to show me the skimmers they had in stock. We have been using them for years. Their senior staff are knowledgable. They have many products and can order if it is not in stock. They do not have many toys, this is a pool maintenance and decor store. You can find goggles there.

Messaged them to see if they could help me. I was messaged back that they had many options to help. Drove an hour there and turns out they have nothing to help me with. I was told the messenger was on vacation and “didn’t really know”. Didn’t feel like the person there cared at all about helping me.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Couldnt get what we needed because we had a Wal Mart pool. I think they are missing a big market there but I suppose it doesnt bring in the money the big pools do. I will probably go back as I do appreciate the knowledge.

I recently visited your store in desperate need for some quick help to get my pool to somewhat of a decent color other than pond green so our guest would be able to swim during the 4th of July party. I had this very polite gentleman by the name of Jeff come right up to me (I’m sure he could see the panic in my face). Had a problem with my pool pump leaking water. Talked with them on the phone on Sunday 9/25. The person I talked to was very helpful and told me to bring the pump in and they would look at it. I brought the pump to them and it turned out to be a bad mechanical seal. They had the seal in stock and installed it for me free of charge. My pool is back up and running with no leak. Thanks!

I purchased a replacement power supply for my Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Pool Cleaner. The unit shipped as promised but when it was put into service it operated for only the first hour and wold not power up again. After contacting Midwest to report the problem I was told that they only sell the product they do not warranty it. I was referred to the unit manufacturer. It took several weeks but Maytronics provided me with a replacement unit that has performed flawlessly every time.In comparison the unit shipped from Midwest came in a plain brown box with no paperwork or warranty packet. I question whether it was new or refurbished. My recommendation is for anyone purchasing from Midwest Pool to verify warranty obligations prior to purchase.I feel that I was fortunate to have a company warranty a product purchased through another vendor.Michael ReynoldsA more wary consumer of internet sales companies.
