Great place to buy groceries. All staff were gracious and helpful. Shelves were reasonably full. Nice selection in most aisles. Produce all seemed fresh.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. Never crowded. CSRs are very knowledgeable & always willing to help, if needed. Prices are reasonable & very comparable to other stores.

So the Dirksen Pkwy store has guys collecting the shopping carts this morning. First you think they could pull up the pants. Second you think they could get off the cell phones and do work. I feel these guys give the store a very unprofessional appearance and manager is at fault for failing to correct this behavior.

They have everything well put together. Large deli. Great pastry section. My favorite intown. They have everything stocked and looking. Great customer service. Managment is doing well!!

Store is ok but they need to clean up the outside front of the store. It stinks!

Yesterday after the Walmart on N. Dirksen completely dropped the ball on a large advance deli order of fried chicken County Market came through for us at the last minute with no advance notice. Great Job guys. Thank you. We should have come to you first and will know where to go in the future.

I dont know who runs the pharmacy over there but they are doing a awesome job as a team. 👍👍 This is by far the best pharmacy in Springfield. They are so nice. They all deserve a raise for sure! Great job and thank you 😁

Love County Market. Im new to this store, having moved recently, but I remember the Shop-N-Save, and it has varied little.

Stay away from the meat here. Every time I buy meat at the Dirksen location, its bad within a few days. Even vacuum sealed ham that shouldnt go bad for a month came from the store slimy and smelling sour. I dont have this issue at the 6th street location. Somethings seriously wrong here.

They are super friendly, accommodating, fresh food all the time, constantly stocking and if they see a line is building up at checkout someone will radio for help.

I’ve been traveling the country for a year trying to see all fifty states and I can say without a doubt this the worst grocery chain I’ve come across. The deli won’t slice meat to your preferred thickness, the employees don’t seem to want to be there and they have you bag all your own groceries... I will not be coming back!

I like the way I was helped. It was the first time I have been there after Shop N Save closed. They were friendly. I needed leave bags . They called the person in that section and when I went to that aisle that person was right there to help me. I really appreciated that because then I was in and out of there pretty fast. I will go there again and I recommend the store to others. I need to get a card to help save on my purchases.. thanks so much for your service or help.

I have been coming to this location for years never have I ever seen the entrance and parking lot so disgusting! The litter is ridiculous, why isnt this being cleaned!

I am in Springfield for work and County Market is right down the road from the hotel. I never have any issues here. Lines are always short and during the fall the produce was super fresh.

Herding customers like cows with all the arrows on the floors. I know someone is making a killing with all these covid props.

As with all County Markets if you see something that says its on sale watch when you check out because it often doesnt ring up right. Ive been almost screwed over so many times and had to go to customer service desk this seems to be the only grocery store that does that to you but Pleasant staff pretty easy to find stuff.

They have the best fried chicken and the best fried fish you could ever eat.

Ive always liked County Market their selection is fair the produce is usually fresh the meat selection is good and price properly Ive always found that the shopping there to be relaxing and convenient.

Beyond meats website States that county market sells beyond meats products and no one has ever heard of it. But everything else is great!

Feels like Shop N Save by any other name. I would like to see the same deli options that the other County Markets in town have, but its still the same stuff from before the switch. Its a shame because theres not many good options for grab and go family dinner options on the east end of town.

Their food bar could be better. The baked chicken looked very dried out, the fried chicken look like it was reheated and put out. Not sure if the deli personal needs to be retrained.

County Market on dirksen parkway is a great grocery store. The staff are very friendly and the checkers are helpful.

So its a grocery store. They sell groceries. Sometimes they dont always have the things I need and sometimes they are mores expensive than most places....but its open in the middle of the night when I need it to be. Solid OK.
