Great very friendly helpful and cheapest medicine prices i have found

Hy vee has it all and they go above and beyond the standard!!! Employees have always been friendly and helpful!!! Large selection in every isle and good prices!! Would definitely come here to shop for your meat, they always have a good selection and good quality products!!!! Chinese food always smells amazing and seems fresh! Would drive across town just to come here or to Mars.

Initially, I was very very happy with Hyvee Pharmacy services. The pharmacist is extremely nice and knowledgeable. However, recently it has become impossible to speak with a pharmacy representative via phone. The call is goes unanswered and is sent to vm. The caller is asked to leave a message which, would be fine except none of the messages I have left have been returned. The wait line to pickup prescriptions has also increased to a minimum of 30-45 minutes and now to complicate matters the drive thru is closed until further notice. I am hoping Hyvee will find a way to improve customer service. I waited 44 minutes to pickup 2 rxs. Only the routine medication had been filled. The rx escribed by my physician 3 days prior to arrival was not ready.

Hy-vee pharmacy has great prices. I was without prescription coverage for a couple of months and their GoodRx coupon prices are the lowest in the area. They match the lowest Medicare Advantage price as well. However, they often do not have prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. Very frustrating to call two days before you come to pick up the prescriptions and are told that they are ready, then you show up and theyre NOT ready. Fortunately, they finished them in about 15 minutes but I dont appreciate being lied to.

Outstanding service and quality the last three years!! My wife and I have moved all our prescriptions to HY-VEE. They always try to deliver the best price to you via GoodRX or your pharmacy plan of choice.We gave up on CVS as they werent consistent on trying to get you the best price possible. In addition, we dont adhere to CVSs new WOKE polices with their employees!!!American was built on freedom of choice, NOT BIDEN AND THE DEMs MANDATES reeking of socialism!!!

I love this pharmacy! They are kind and helpful. I was told they delivered by a staff member. If you only knew how much that helped me! I was super sick and needed my prescriptions. They delivered my prescriptions and that helped me immensely! Thank you so much! You guys seriously saved the day for me!

I absolutely love Hy-Vee pharmacy. Their staff does everything they can to work with your doctor and insurance to get your medication approved and generally keep you up to date on what is going on.I take multiple medications and the pharmacists have always been quick to point out different interactions and let me know any pertinent information.They have gotten MUCH busier over the past 12 months and as a result it takes longer to get your Rxs filled and there is always a line inside and in the drive-thru. One reason the line takes so long inside is because there is a pharmacy technician, Linda, who can never do anything even moderately quickly, and usually messes something up, or can’t find you, or some other problem. Everyone else working there is really helpful and friendly.

Pharmacy is either understaffed, or too slow. Even if your Dr calls it in the day before. They still don’t have it ready. I have to call to ask them to get my scripts filled or I’m waiting for at least 45 minutes. The only time it goes quicker, is at closing time. I’ll have to switch my pharmacy. Drive thru isn’t any faster.

Good: they accept GoodRx, the girls who work the pharmacy counter are usually very friendly and helpful, its in a convenient location. BAD: (and by bad I mean AWFUL): who knows when youre going to get your prescription even if its already been sent by your doctor. TEXT ALERTS DONT MEAN ANYTHING, DONT GO BY THEM. It wont matter if its a medication you could with drawl from, an antibiotics for something serious prescribed by the emergency room, diabetic supplies etc., your doctor could send the prescription and it could still take days for you to get it. There is a male pharmacy tech who seems to handle this particular issue when you call, and he could be a politician because he answers your question with nothing but the run around. Yes, it should be ready but might not be, It could be 20 minutes but could take longer. I dont know why it would take longer but it could, because our pharmacists are busy on important phone calls during the day, No Im not going to get pharmacist approval before you come but you can come and if its not ready when you get here it will be ready later today or tomorrow No I dont know when today. It could be ready when you get here. Or not.... Even if one of the nice female techs tells you it will be done by the time you arrive, obviously somewhere along the chain of command someone drops the ball -- well, drops your much needed prescription that affects the quality of your life, I mean. Dont bother explaining to the male technician how badly you need your prescription and how youll have to seek emergency medical attention if it takes days to obtain, I know a lot about this medication, I know what the situation is will probably be his response. But if he really knew, he would be at least getting you approval from the pharmacist for a days worth of a non-narcotic medication that you could have seizures withdrawing from, until they can refill for 30 days. Which is even ridiculous in and of itself -- how much longer does it take to put 60 pills in a bottle than 2 pills in a bottle? Your doctor can call to check on things multiple times, but mine have been put on hold for 30+ minutes or hung up on. ALSO, male tech will not put your change or card stapled into the paper bag with the medication, or will try to staple but totally miss, so the bag it still open, so when you open the chute it will spill out all over and youll spend five minutes awkwardly getting out of your car and trying to crawl under it to get your change or debit card and medication bottles. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO CHANGE PHARMACIES. They dont have the time to deal with these issues, multiple times a month, having to tell them my refill is a priority. So next month Ill be paying more to go to Walgreens, where the pharmacist isnt too busy to approve my prescription which without, I will be a high seizure risk.

Waited in line 20 minutes to pick up prescription and was told it was not ready but would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I returned 55 minutes later, waited another 20 minutes in line to be told the prescription was still not ready. Needless to say, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and one I will not repeat at this pharmacy.

I love the grocery delivery service. Sometimes Im just too lazy to go shopping. Its very convenient that you can choose a delivery date days out as well as the delivery time frame. My delivery was almost an hour early but luckily I was home so just be aware of that.

This is a great store the staff is extremely nice. However, watch what time you come. On Sundays it is extremely busy. They try everything to keep the lines down, but you still have to wait a while. Other than that no complaints.

I shop here for anything we need grocery related. This place has the absolute most friendly staff I have ever experience from almost any buisiness in Springfield. Everytime I shop here, at minimum 2 to 3 different staff members either ask how I am doing, or if there is anything they can help me with. They have an amazing food selection with many eclectic items. The meat department always has a huge selection of high quality meats. The produce section always has amazing looking fruits and vegetables. The deli department always has the best quality sliced meats and cheeses. Overall, I have been shopping here since they first opened and have no desire to shop anywhere else. Thanks Hyvee, you have been an amazing addition to Springfield and offer an unparalleled shopping experience for your customers.

I got a phone call that my prescriptions were ready. Stood in line for 30 minutes; there were only 6 people in front of me. Turns out not all of my meds were ready. Tried to transfer them to another pharmacy and they said theyve been trying all day and cant get Hy-Vee Pharmacy to answer the phone. Its day 3 now. Still not ready. I tried to call to ask them if they could please get them ready or see what the hold up is, or maybe transfer them. I just get a busy signal. Even the Hy-Vee app is slow. As soon as they start answering the phones Ill be transferring all my meds.

Oh my this pharmacy is altogether too small for the number of customers it serves. I switched to Hy Vee to utilize their delivery service. The problem is that in order to arrange a delivery the customer must call in every single prescription every single time and their phone is always busy. After 9 calls I finally called the front desk to ask if they could just run a note over to the pharmacy that says please delivery my Rx today but I was told their phone was out of order. He transferred me and I was immediately put on hold for 7 minutes.Now at Battlefield Pharmacy where that’s all they do and they answer on the first ring!

Worst pharmacy in town. Literally takes 15 minutes to get your prescription and thats if youre first in line. Employees have no idea what theyre doing. You can call and check the status of your prescription and itll say its ready but you get to the pharmacy and they tell you theyre still working on it. Just go to Walmart.

We love breakfast at the Marketplace grille on Saturday mornings. Its always clean and the staff is so friendly (even kind and patient with grumpy kiddos). Hy-vee is also the best for produce and they run great sales!

I like their coupons program that they have been sending to me by mail since January 2018

They have a deli there where you can pick up a comfort food meal. Meatloaf, pork roast fried chicken and really good half rack of ribs with two sides and a roll or cornbread all for $10. Lots of choices, very good food. Sure beats fast food on those nights you dont want to go home and scrounge up something.

Had a birthday cake for my young brother in law made which was a last minute decision and they did a great job they were very professional and friendly and had it done by the time we needed it.

Great place! Had my RX filled here and the pharmacy staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Maybe Family Pharmacy spoiled us but, this has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The first day I came, they didn’t have all of our prescriptions ready, and claimed they didn’t get one of them even though they were all sent together. Then, I waited an hour and a half in the store for them to tell me they could only do partials on two and to check back in the next day. The next day I called, they said they wouldn’t be ready until the following day. So, the following day I call at about noon. They said they weren’t done but should definitely be done by 4. After calling numerous times and not being able to get through, we made the 40 minute commute only to be told they still weren’t ready and that we could “wait”. I’ve never been in a pharmacy that seemed to care less about you!

Great shopping experience. Their produce selection is the best I’ve seen in a grocery store. You can find anything you are looking for plus many things that your not there for. Good variety of fresh food stands to eat while enjoying your grocery shopping experience.

We got our wedding cake and pulled pork and chicken from them. Had it delivered. The customer service is beyond perfect. They help you so much. Misty in the bakery took a nervous bride and helped me so much. The cake and cup cakes was perfect. They tasted amazing. Marquess in the catering was patient, knowledgeable and helped me order exactly what I needed. They delivered the cake and the food at the same time. Set the cake up and it was perfect! The food was delicious. We will use them again.

Amber in the floral department is amazing. I GENUINELY apologise for my rude behavior. Lack of communication was from my end. However the woman still held her composure as a kind soul and met all accommodations. Absolutely beautiful. Your place of work should be honored to have you as an employee. I waited in the line for 35 minutes at open to get told that since they wrote down the wrong insurance number, that it would have to wait another 20minutes to an hour to get my prescription filled that makes me not want to Kill myself.Not to mention the lady that standing by the drive through, doing covid test. That’s not changing her gloves between cars, and cleaning. Basic cross contamination

My favorite local grocery store. Their produce section is the best in Springfield. Things can be a little pricier here than other places, but they have great sales and the value is worth it. They also have grocery pickup options and parking spaces for superheros and such, as well as charging stations for electric cars.

This is a grocery pick up review. Other than that I’ve never had a problem with the store.I’m giving this process 1 Star.Items were downgraded for their brand or lesser brands without asking or informing. No I did not select the option for them to substitute.while a few people were there before us, but they helped other who pulled in after us. Literally had to call one of the associates. No number to call or way to let them know through the app. They had no idea where my order was.Came back like 5 times to ask my name and never asked for the order number.Now for the cringe observation is they were sliding the bins across the parking lot not wheeling them by cart but just pushing them across the ground.Called to ask why certain things were changed AndThe answer I got was “oh we had 300+ orders today so were kinda busy”. I’m sorry but if you can’t the volume and your sacrificing quality of service and goods then don’t participate in the pick up and limit how many people can do it per day.

I wish they had a more brightly lit parking lot. Its a nice retreat from the crackheads hanging out at the Walmart that is the same distance from my house. Great pizza, Chinese food, chocolate selection and an amazing cheese and meat department makes this my go to when I want quality and a friendly atmosphere. Although, I will say they are not as friendly as I remember... Regardless, your store is wonderful! Again, the lighting thing outside. Cheers!

Love the quality and variety of groceries here. I wish the grocery pick up service had more availability, as sometimes it seems you cannot get groceries for a few days. But still very much enjoy shopping here!

We always get amazing customer service when shopping here. This is the only place that I really like to buy my meat from. The bakery is delicious and they have a fantastic deli. The store is always clean and well-staffed.

Talk about a neat place to get food! Love the place. For years, I heard people raving about this place and, to be honest, I just did not get it. Recently, my wife and I moved into this part of town and started shopping here. Good selection, neat stuff for sale, neat departments, neat features (two cafes, Starbucks, USPS, sample stations sometimes, Misfits station for produce, electric car chargers, veterans parking, pharmacy, self-checkouts, floral gifts), good staff, good experience. Including good, varied, fresh produce! Definitely is an enjoyable experience going to Hy-Vee!

I get some really Good Deals on Groceries from the Sale Ad here. I have been trying to find the Best Chips here Stacys Cheese Petites here. They are Covered in Cheese and Melt in your mouth. I cant wait to buy them once AgainYummy

HyVee catered our wedding and we couldnt be happier with the food and service! Michelle was accommodating and professional through the entire process and helped us make all the decisions required. Her staff was also excellent, friendly and helpful to me and to our guests. And of course, the food was delicious! Thanks for helping make our day wonderful!

Love shopping there in person. Sundays are very busy. Less impressed with the online shopping. It is typically not ready at the time promised and will list something out of stock that is clearly in the shelf.

This store has everything that I need for the Mediterranean cuisine that I like to cook. The staff pamper the customers, I have seen even the managers helping bag the groceries for the customers, this is an excellent customers relations. Love their fresh fish, meat, cheese department. Excellent store.

Couldnt find where to pay for eat in food. Couldnt find the silverware. Couldnt find the drinking cups. No bathroom near the place to eat. Trash overflowing so I wasnt sure where to put my trash. Very unpleasant walking around asking customers how to navigate. Food was very good. Around 9 dollars for a full plate of Chinese Food.

They rarely answer the phone. Sometimes it takes 2 days to fill a script. Theres no leadership. Unless you show up at 8 am, you will need to wait. The staff attitude is horrible and condescending. I dont know how they get away with it.

Top notch customer service. Even though there was a line when we got there, they helped people in front of us very quick and we only waited about 2 minutes to be helped or even less. They had like 5 different guys at the meat department and even though we had been helped and were just waiting on a special cut we asked for the other guys there were asking if we had been helped already as we waited few minutes for our meat to be packed. I found their service very polite, fast. Check out was very fast as well, never been to this store before and when I walked in I almost regret it because it was a Saturday and it was packed packed everything isle and department but we got speedy customer service. Thank you!

The worst pharmacy i have ever used. They never have your meds ready, even though they send you a text saying it is. Then you have to sit in the drive-thru forever! Never again.

I visit this store often. The meat and deli departments are excellent. The have a large produce area which includes organic items. I did have lunch at the Market Fresh Grille which had a variety of options from chinese,pizza and a vast salad bar.

Not only is the selections amazing but they have one of the biggest Organic Sections in town and at a fair price. Great selections on wines and awesome ready made food. 5 star service all the way!

My favorite grocery store in Springfield. Bathrooms are always clean, good customer service and it has a Starbucks if you need an extra pick-me-up for your shopping trip. The organic section is well-stocked with a great selection of healthy food, including gluten free pastas and snacks. The produce is always fresh although I wish they had more organic produce.I really love the self-serve area where you can get little plastic baggies and fill them with dried nuts, granola, etc. The Chinese food buffet is the best Chinese food in Springfield. So good! My only suggestions are to add parking spots in the front for pregnant ladies; the parking lot is huge and this would be a really nice touch and (2) start carrying Boar’s Head meats in your deli. Overall great grocery store!

I will always love this place. Been going ever since it opened up, and Im almost ashamed to say that it seems like 80% of the time, I seem to find a way to worm in a recommendation of it to someone in a random conversation.Ive always appreciated the variety, cleanliness, and friendly/helpful staff. I have yet to feel like Im inconveniencing someone when I ask a question, which is a fairly big thing to me personally.Keep up the great work yall!

While the staff are very friendly, the wait time is always at least 5-10 minutes every time I go with usually just one or two people in front of me. My prescriptions are also rarely ready on time so every trip I anticipate taking at least 20-25 minutes. It’s become so frustrating I have decided to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

By far my favorite place to grocery shop! We also used their catering for our wedding side dishes and it was awesome; the Mac n cheese was SO good! I have never had a bad experience with Hy-Vee.

Customer service is excellent. The store is well laid out and prices are reasonable. They have very good produce and meat.

I am so tired of this pharmacy we are transferring all our rxs to walgreens. Every time I call they say my rx is ready and when I go in the next morning still have to wait for it to be filled. Terrible place, long lines, short staff. Would never recommend

This store has everything. I’m quite the bargain shopper and they usually have some really good deals. Plus the gas card really pays off. Just don’t get distracted by all of the fancier fair and convenience items...or decide to splurge.😉

Hands down my favorite place to grocery shop!! Its clean, everyone in there is always so friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help! The produce is always fresh and I love the wall of short cut fruits and veggies!! And the meat department is the same way, friendly out of their way service!! And we eat supper there on Friday, they have good food in the restaurant.

I love grocery stores, Im oddly picky of them and this one is fantastic. From the organic section to all the great produce, the meat and season market (yum) a huge cheese area, to an in store eatery this place really doesnt disappoint.Every single worker Ive needed help from has been kind, patient and helpful.The reason its a 4 and not a 5 is because of prices- some prices are fantastic like special meat buys (some of the best meat Ive every gone at a grocery store- and I love grocery stores- Ive been to 10+ different ones and this one has the best meat). BUT everything is anywhere from a few cents more or a few dollars more, and honestly it adds up.Still I love this place.

This is the best market in Springfield. I have frequented every other one as well and I keep coming back here for the high quality of the meat and produce. The place is clean and well managed and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their meat department far exceeds any other in the city including the stores that specialize in their meat selection.

This is overall a great place to shop for just about any kind of foods! So much so its very crowded most all the time. Its hard to find some items as the Isles are very choppy!I would have given 5 stars but I keep getting bumped into.

Their prices are a bit higher, but the sales make it worth it. Excellent organic produce section. Bakery does a fantastic job decorating cupcakes and cookies. Meat department could use a little upgrade on their selection of organic / grass fed meat.Get their app. They have special offeres, coupons, and sale items advertised.The Grocery department offers a great selection of organic dry goods. Yogurts, chocolates, flours, etc. They got it.

Absolutely the best shopping place I have ever found. Im not originally from Missouri or the Midwest at all and this is still the best grocery store and shopping experience Ive ever had. Its a bit out of the way for me, and I still make the trip because I get great fuel rewards and the staff are always so pleasant. I honestly think the shoppers are even better here because of how nice the environment is. I get discounts for using reusable bags, the app helps me navigate aisles based on my grocery list, and it notifies me of sales on things I purchase.

Hy-Vee is an excellent store. Some things are bit more expensive than other stores. But not by a lot. The meat there is exceptional. And their own name brand foods are just as good as any name brands. Im looking forward to the new one getting built in town. So much closer, so Ill be there so much more.

By far the best supermarket ive ever shopped at. The staff will greet you as soon as they make eye contact. Its clean and efficient. The produce dept. Is amazing the meat is our favorite in all of Springfield.

They failed to fill my daughters ear infection prescription with over 6 hours notice. I tried to get said prescription 4 times before they told me they were out of the medicine. I wouldnt be upset if they told me to go elsewhere instead they just made me wait all day for toddler ear infection medication. My suggestion is to fill immediate medication first instead of monthly medication that goes in.

Why Vee is an excellent store. Been shopping there for years in Springfield and Osage Beach. Excellent discount on deli meat with punched card. Ask staff for information.

The best place in Springfield to find things you can’t find in other grocery stores. The Chinese, salad, and pizza buffet are a great deal and always delicious. They have the best fresh produce outside of a farmers market.

Very clean grocery store, with many items to choose from. I love their little “hippie” section with so many vegan and healthy items to look through. This store had more items I was looking for than Mama Jeans, which is supposed to be the closest thing to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Great job, Hy-Vee!

Excellent quality products and service. If you like fresh good quality ingredients and products and cant get to a farmers market, this is the place for you. My wife and I go here regularly and we rarely buy our meat/produce anywhere else.

I can not believe how dismissive and disrespectful the gentleman was at the grocery pick up. When I showed up to pick up my groceries, he didnt say Hi, or even acknowledge that I was standing there, when I told him my name, he gave no indication whatsoever that he heard me, after I stood there for a few moments being ignored, I went back to my car to call the store and let them know I was there, he came over and stood at the back of my car. Still didnt say a word to me. I got out opened the back, and asked him if he was having a good day. He looked at me and grabbed his radio and answered a question. He was done loading my groceries and just walked away. I asked for my receipt and he just kept walking. As I was pulling out he was talking to one of the other guys there.I cant believe I paid over $140 to be treated like I was invisible.

This supermarket always has the latest and greatest items. They had halo ice cream before I could find it anywhere else. They also have daily meal deals. There pizza and Chinese food is like crack so be careful. They also have a separate part of their store thats dedicated to wine and alcohol. Dont forget to sign up for their fuel savers program, which allows your purchases to save you so much money when getting gas.

I tried the vegi burger and the staff was so nice and patient when I asked about ingredients. I have a a complicated stomach issue and they made sure to cook my food so there wasn’t any cross contamination. I do wish they had other vegetarian option in the Chinese food area but the food is good.

Great supermarket!! HUGE! Has everything you could ever want to buy. Organic. And already prepared vegetables to speed up your cooking. A restaurant and a deli. An old fashioned meat counter where they can cut meat t o your specifications. They are very helpful and will be happy to do whatever you need to make your shopping experience GREAT! They also have a floral shop where they sell plants and floral arrangements!! Wonderful store!!

Fantastic Customer Service, great values, great specialty foods. The seafood is really FRESH, yes. Some people say its pricey, we dont think so, its Fresh. They do their own smoked salmon and trout and lots of other seafood items. They say Hi and welcome you in the door and make you feel welcome and important!!!

The employees at this store are AMAZING! I went in on a Saturday... I had no idea what insanity Id be walking into. The store was PACKED! But every employee I passed said hello and/or offered to help. The meat department had several employees working and ALL of them offered me assistance (I couldnt make up my mind and was standing there for a long time.) It was a very happy experience, especially amidst the chaos of all Springfieldians shopping at once. Ha ha.

The prices are somewhat higher, but nobody has a broader selection of products, such as spices, real bakery bread choices, the best white cakes with butter cream frosting you will ever find! Items that are difficult to find if you are actually a good cook.

Very good. Their hot buffets had great food. Orange chicken with rice and egg roll, mashed potatoes with white gravy, delicious shells & cheese and great baked beans. Sweet tea. More food than we could eat so we took it home.

This is where I shop now for everything! Some one the best prices in town and a very large organic section. I always go at night and people working there have even started to learn my name and always say Hi. Im so happy the opened.

Its a large chain grocery store will stocks will maintain but it has a loyalty program and if youre not part of it it is a very expensive place to shop.

Always love their sales and they have the best deli selection! We love getting our meat from here as well!

I visit there when I go to Springfield, Mo. Fell in love. Flowers,fruit,vegetables, were great. Very clean. Food are and salad bar was full. Clean. Cold.💖 items cold. Hot bar had great attention and helpful . VERY NICE EMPLOYEES AT EVERY TURN. I WANT TO GO BACK SOON.

Has everything you need, produce is fresh. Freshly made food ready to eat. An awesome bakery, deli, butcher..they will slice whatever meat you need. Their seafood is delicious and they try to keep wonderful options open. They have great sales. And if you register online you can get coupons with your Hy-Vee card.

Staff are all happy to be at work! Helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile. Produce and meat are fresh and well presented. Cute gift items and great healthy food aisles. Ill be back.

This place has all kinds of food bars wrapping around the outskirts, (outer boarders), of the aisles. Theres a Sandwich Bar, Baked Potato Bar, Chinese Food, Steak Bar (I believe). Anyways, this place does not disappoint if youre not fearful of the unknown or overwhelmed by the size of this place & its variety of options. Happy Shopping!

I generally have a great experience here. The store is clean and the selection is great. Unfortunately this time I had 2 issues with two different employees. When I dropped off my USPS package inside I waited awhile to be helped and when I was helped they took my package and then said have a nice day. As I was walking away I looked back and my package was left sitting there by itself very easy for someone to come up and steal. Then when I went to the register to checkout after grabbing a few items, the employee behind the register spent 5+ minutes talking to the customer. He had mostly finished checking out and they just sat their shooting the breeze while the line grew. This was in the 15 items or less line too. I was not happy. I understand employees need to be kind and friendly but she wasnt even trying to cut the conversation off. She just kept on talking about her trip to Australia. Very frustrating.

Had a script called in at 12:00 today, they said they had it but couldn’t get to it until tomorrow because of flu shots, and they close at 8, it is now 6:45 pm . (There was no one in line for flu shots) I also give them and know it takes all of 30 seconds for a “flu shot appointment”. So not very pleased

This place is huge! Plan to spend some time here. They have a great variety but the prices are pretty high for most things aside from produce.
