It was okay they definitely don’t have all the things you could possibly think of but they really just have the basic stuff. Definitely don’t recommend if you do not like trump because you will see a lot of those people here.Customer service could be better because when I have entered the store before I have heard people talking about how they’d love to kill Democrat’s which honestly isn’t cool to talk about at a gun store. I definitely recommend if you are new to guns and would like to learn more they definitely know what they’re talking about.

Best gun store in Lane county! Was referred by a friend, and cant say enough good about this place. Neal and his staff are exceptional when it comes to all sorts of guns. Went in looking for a specific brand and model, however after talking to Neal for a short time, found a better quality and lower price gun that I truly love. He really takes the time to find out what you are looking for and what will best fit your needs. Hes not just in it for the quick sale. I have Neil at Gun Pro do all my transfers for me and for consignmentsas well. Everyone there is very helpful and courteous. I have been doing business with him over the last 3 to 4 years. If I had found him sooner it would have been for a lot longer. I couldnt ask for betterservice and I have been collecting for over 19 years. Buy with Gun Pro,you just cant miss.

Neal is a really nice guy, but he getting to expensive for private transfers. His fee went up to $40.00 $30.00 to him for five minutes work and $10.00 to the state. I like him, but dont like being gouged for this service. Other stores in Springfield charge $30.00 including the states fee! Sorry Neal!

I just recently purchased my first gun here and am very pleased with these guys. I must say the service here was outstanding. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smiling face and asked if we needed help. Upon telling the guy what I was looking for he was showing me a spread of guns with absolutely no pressure to buy. After looking around at a few other gun places in the area, we came back much later in the day ready to buy. The surprising thing was the guy remembered us and knew exactly why I was there and what gun I wanted. I was super happy with their service and the prices are great too!

Ive experienced nothing but the best when it comes to friendly, knowledge service from this local, family owned business located on the corner 44th and Main in Springfield. Add that to significantly lower prices than anywhere around and it makes my decision where to shop pretty darn easy. The owners have a passion for what they do and it shows.

Everytime I walk into this gun shop, it feels like a gun shop where everyone is treated equally. Whether your old, young, big, small, brown or white. The respect for their customers is top notch. All staff including the owner are extremely helpful. Ive been in that shop with my old lady, kid, and much older aunt. Never once had a problem. They are knowledgeable and hands down the best prices in the Eugene/Springfield area. They have never pushed products on me, only polite recomendations.
