If you need help Joe seems to be the only person qualified and asking questions over the phone is like pulling teeth. I actually like this store but sometimes there iffy

Went to Brain lumber to have screen replacement .Employees were very friendly and courteous even at the end of their day. Store is clean and orderly and well stocked. Hadnt had a screen replacement in awhile so was a little surprised at the cost. But feel confident in Brains workmanship. Support local small businesses. A dying breed. 😉😊

Great place. Can find a lot of hard to find stuff. Extremely knowledgeable group. If they dont have something they know how to get it in most cases.

Excellent service and prices. Much better than going to a big box store. Ordered kitchen cabinets and the price was almost half of what it would have been at Lowes.
