My complaint has been resolved. The owner called me himself, apologized and has refunded me in full for product order that was out of stock. **These products are indeed of excellent quality so I will shop here again.

If you’re not bothered by pesticides or toxic exposure from foods you eat, this may be a good store for you. They seem to have a similar “don’t ask won’t tell” approach with their ethics. When ordering supplements,propolis,etc through their site it will only provide a partial list of ingredients for each of their products (listing healthy only) leaving out the toxic fillers, HFCS and other additives for you to read on the labels yourself once received in mail & good luck on returning anything
