During the sub-zero temperatures we had over Valentines weekend of 2021 we had a heating element burn out in our furnace. The furnace was 25 years old and Charles with the Springfield branch helped us track down a part. Despite how busy they must have been, they took the time to help us find an obsolete part that was not worth the effort they put in to find it.Thanks Charles!
