Purchased all my hockey equipment from head to toe here at Gateway hardware.Great customer service… I was giving all the time I needed to decide. I took my time with every piece of equipment to make sure it was the exact piece I was looking for and that each piece fit perfectly, comfortably and provided the protection I need while playing this game I love. They also have a great selection of hockey sticks to choose from.

AMAZING DEALS!! Picked up a $20 used goalie chest and arm protector mask for $60 and $250 pads ( that retailed $450 used ) sharpens skates with care trys to help out there customers in store as much as possible employs are very polite and patient wouldnt go anywhere else. Cant wait to go back!!

SO glad we went here again for help with new goalie gear! Shawn was SO patient with us and very knowledgable. This is a vintage hockey supply store! Prices are the same as internet and you get local color and support a local business. We bought a pile of new gear and will be back again next year. BTW, great supply of used gear too.

Great experience buying skates here for my son. He tried on 5 different skates before he found what he liked. Very patient and helpful staff.

Went in on a Monday to send off package using express 2 day shipping. Item didnt get sent off until Wednesday. It is now Friday and item has still not reached its destination. Not the friendliest service at this location either. Straight to business. Dont expect service with a smille, good afternoon, thank you or have a nice day. Definitely dont expect your package to arrive on time.

Had a horrible experience/felt ignored. Place looked/felt deserted and no one heard us coming in through the front door, which is their excuse for not helping us any sooner. Apparently not having someone upfront for 15mins. is justifable with that reason, especially when i got no apology for their mistake.Not enjoyable experience and Id recommend another hockey store over this one any time.
