Metro Mail Services goes above and beyond in helping our company when we need their service. We have been working with Luong Nguyen and Ron Ewald for over over 16 years. They have loaned us equipment when we were down and even processed our mail for us in the past. Their equipment and service is extremely reliable. We used to work with Pitney Bowes in the past and received poor service. We were just a number with them. I am so glad that we have a local business that can take car of us. They even pick up the phone when you call them. No waiting on infinity hold.
