LBETKD is undoubtedly one of the best TKD academies in NOVA area and the best of course in Springfield VA.

Great programs and instruction. Day camp and after school programs are well run and flexible especially during the pandemic. Safe learning environment and adherence to regulations during the pandemic. My daughter really enjoys all the staff and feels safe and well taken care of.

The older instructors are excellent -- good at inspiring respect, focus, and discipline. Ive noticed an increase in my sons confidence since he began. All of the instructors remember his name and greet him when he arrives. They encourage him to earn stripes. I like how they emphasize respect for others and emphasize when and when not to fight.

The Covid procedures at LBE are very comprehensive and we felt comfortable returning for in person classes. Between temperature checks, masks, face shields, and separate locations across the mat, we felt safe returning to TKD. The instructors are very patient, supportive, and strict with the kids. The expectation here is that you are a leader and will behave as such.

Family friendly! Wonderful staff and Tae Kwon Do Classes. They also have a great after school program. Highly Recommend.

Our 8 year old daughter learned to perform head height round kicks, side kicks and hook kicks. This program conditioned her to be able to do 50 proper pushups, and 50 proper situps in one minute each. She was motivated to learn sparring and defensive techniques that boosted her confidence. The instructors are kind and caring. The classes combine hard work and fun. The conditioning and focus she learned through Lead by Example has helped her in tennis lessons and put her at the top of her class in school P.E.. She loves it, and were proud to be part of this program.

They have good before & after school activities I would highly recommend this place place for Tae Kwon Doe.
